These towering dunes, some rising nearly 400 metres, are a photographer’s dream, especially as they glow in the morning and evening light. Along the way, enjoy a quick stop at Spreetshoogte Pass and the charming settlement of Solitaire.

Upon arrival, meet your guide, receive your travel documents, and get acquainted with the route and what to expect over the coming days. Sossusvlei offers a variety of experiences: climb the famous Big Daddy dune, wander through the surreal Deadvlei clay pan dotted with ancient trees, or indulge in optional activities such as scenic flights or hot air ballooning followed by a champagne breakfast. Keep an eye out for desert wildlife like oryx, springbok, ostrich, and reptiles as you take in the breathtaking landscapes.
