  • Day 1 - Scenic Transfer to Kibale National Park

    Today’s journey takes you southward into the lush, green heart of Kibale. As the road unwinds through rolling countryside and small rural settlements, the landscape gradually transforms becoming denser, wilder, and more alive with the sounds of nature.


    By midday, you pause along the way to enjoy lunch, a moment to rest and take in the scenery before continuing deeper into the forested region. This is the gateway to Kibale, famously known as the primate capital of the world, home to about 13 species of primates swinging through its ancient canopy.


    By late afternoon, you arrive at your lodge tucked near the edge of the jungle. The air is cooler here, filled with the calls of distant birds and the rustle of leaves. The rest of the day is yours perhaps to unwind in the peaceful surroundings or take a gentle evening walk, letting the forest set the tone as you prepare for the adventures that await tomorrow.

  • Day 2 - Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Swamp Walk Adventure

    The day begins with a sense of anticipation as you step into the dense, emerald canopy of Kibale Forest. Guided by experienced trackers, you follow winding trails through towering trees, listening intently for the distant calls of the forest’s most famous residents the chimpanzees. Suddenly, there’s movement ahead, and you catch sight of these incredible primates interacting, playing, and communicating as if inviting you into their world. The experience is both thrilling and humbling, a rare glimpse into the intimate life of our closest animal relatives.


    After the excitement of the morning, you head to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. Here, a boardwalk through the swamp, offering a gentle and immersive walk amidst a mosaic of water, reeds, and forest patches. Birds flit overhead, monkeys swing through the trees, and the air is alive with the subtle hum of nature. As you stroll, you can feel the calm and beauty of this unique ecosystem, By the end of the day, your heart is full of wonder.

  • Day 3 - Journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park kazinga channel Boa

    The day starts with a drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, a place full of wildlife and beautiful scenery. The land stretches out with open savannahs and shimmering waters, and you can feel the excitement of the wild all around.


    First, you enjoy a peaceful boat ride along the Kazinga Channel. Hippos relax in the water, crocodiles rest on the banks, and colorful birds fly overhead. Elephants and other animals come to the water’s edge, giving you amazing chances to see wildlife up close. The sunlight sparkles on the water, making the scene even more magical.


    Later, as the sun begins to set, you go on an evening game drive. The golden light fills the savannah as lions, elephants, and antelopes appear along the trails. Every turn shows something new and exciting. By the end of the day, you feel amazed and happy, having enjoyed both the calm waters and the wild savannah of Queen Elizabeth National Park.

  • Day 4 - Journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    Today, you travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a famous rainforest known for its mountain gorillas. The road takes you through rolling hills, small villages, and green landscapes, giving you a glimpse of everyday life in the countryside.

    As you get closer, the forest becomes thick and mysterious, with misty hills that make the jungle feel magical. The air is cool and fresh, filled with the sounds and smells of the forest, hinting at the amazing animals that live here.

    When you arrive at your lodge, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The birds singing, leaves rustling, and distant forest sounds prepare you for the exciting gorilla trekking adventure waiting for you tomorrow.

  • Day 5 - Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    Your day starts early with breakfast, full of excitement for the gorilla trek. At the park headquarters, rangers give a clear briefing on the rules and safety tips for meeting the gorillas. Once ready, you enter the dense rainforest, boots on and raincoat at hand, as the weather can change quickly.


    Local porters can help carry luggage for a small fee. The trek can last anywhere from 2 to 7 hours, depending on where the gorilla families are, but your ranger guides you every step of the way. Along the path, you enjoy the sights and sounds of the forest, from towering trees to colorful birds.


    Then, you finally meet the gorillas calm, gentle, and unforgettable. After this amazing encounter, it’s best to enjoy a packed lunch, either in the forest or back at the lodge, keeping your energy up and memories fresh.

  • Day 6 - Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park for a Wildlife Safari

    After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive to Lake Mburo National Park, one of Uganda’s most enchanting wildlife destinations. Along the way, enjoy the rolling hills, verdant farmland, and glimpses of rural life, with herds of cattle grazing peacefully. Upon arrival, the park’s serene landscapes and sparkling lakes set the stage for your wildlife adventure.


    In the late afternoon, embark on an evening game drive through the park’s acacia-dotted savannahs. As the golden sun dips toward the horizon, the park comes alive with activity: zebras graze calmly, impalas leap gracefully, and hippos make their way to the water’s edge. Keep your eyes peeled for the rich birdlife and perhaps even a shy warthog or leopard in the distance. The soft glow of the sunset transforms the landscape into a breathtaking natural canvas, making every moment feel magical. Return to your lodge as night falls, carrying with you the sights and sounds of the wild a perfect introduction to the wonders of Lake Mburo.

  • Day 7 - Scenic Transfer Back to Entebbe Airport

    After an early breakfast, set out on an exciting safari walk in Lake Mburo National Park, where you can experience the magic of the wild up close. Wander through the savannah with your guide, spotting zebras, impalas, and a variety of bird species, all while learning about the park’s rich ecosystem.


    After the walk, begin your journey back to Entebbe, stopping at the famous Equator line. Here, enjoy lunch at the Equator, take fun photos, and experience the playful demonstrations of this unique geographic landmark. Continue to Entebbe, making a stop at local craft markets to buy souvenirs perfect keepsakes of your Ugandan adventure.


    Arrive in Entebbe in the evening, just in time to reflect on your journey, unwind, and cherish the memories of wildlife encounters, stunning landscapes, and cultural experiences that will stay with you long after your trip.

From outside East Africa, Uganda can be easily accessed either by road or Air and mostly by Air to Entebbe International Airport (EBB). Water transport can also be used to travel in and around our destinations especially the ferry crossing from the Southern part of Murchison Falls National Park to the Northern part of Murchison Falls National Park. Flights to Uganda are cheapest during the rainy seasons from March to May and October to November. The best wildlife viewing months are June to September and December to February, when flights are likely to be more expensive.

  • When arriving from a yellow-fever-infected country in Africa or the Americas a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
  • Citizens of most countries require a visa. A list of countries that don't need a visa is available.
  • Visas are best obtained in advance through an official online visa-application portal (https://visas.immigration.go.ug/), but they can also be obtained through your local Tanzania Embassy or High Commission.
  • Visas can also be obtained on arrival but this is a lengthy process that can take one to two hours.
  • Tourist visas are available for Uganda only, or East Africa (which covers entry to Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda) for the same cost.
