  • Day 1 - Zanzibar-Arusha-Tarangire National Park-Karatu
    Pickup from your hotel for transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your flight at 0745am to Arusha. Upon arrival at 0900am in Arusha, meet and greet, then depart to Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch in hand. Tarangire is famous for its elephant population, unrivaled game viewing, having a chance to see Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Buffalo, Hippos, Zebras, Bonded Mongoose, and many more wild animals. Tarangire has a close connection with the local Masai culture. Watch as families of pachyderms play around the ancient baobab trees and strip acacia bark for their afternoon meals. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Masaai Steppe and the southern mountains before making your way to the lodge in Karatu, arrival for dinner and overnight at Octagon Safari Lodge.

  • Day 2 - Karatu - Ngorongoro Crater - Karatu
    Early breakfasts, then with your picnic lunch drive into the famous Ngorongoro Crater floor! It’s one of the wonders of the world. Game drives inside the crater till late in the evening, having a chance to see all the big five, e.g., Lions, Elephants, Rhinos, buffalo, Leopard, and many other wild animals like Hippos, Zebras, Wildebeests, Cheetahs, Hyenas, and Thomson Gazelles, just to mention a few. Then drive back to the crater rim, then drive to Karatu, arrive for dinner and overnight at Octagon Safari Lodge

  • Day 3 - Karatu - Lake Manyara National Park Zanzibar
    After breakfast then drive to L/Manyara National Park, famous for its green scenery, varied bird life, tree-climbing lions, hippos, baboons, and many more wild animals. Game Drive till noon, the drive to Arusha Town for your flight at 1645hours or 1800Hours to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, meet and greet, then transfer to your hotel.

  • Visas are best obtained in advance through an official online visa-application portal (https://eservices.immigration.go.tz/visa/), but they can also be obtained through your local Tanzania Embassy or High Commission.
