From there, explore the vast savannahs of Murchison Falls National Park, where you’ll encounter an incredible range of wildlife. - Day 1 - Kampala to Murchison Falls via Ziwa Rhino SanctuaryThis safari starts with our driver/guide picking you up from your residence/hotel in Kampala or Entebbe early in the morning. You will then go on a panoramic drive (approx. 8-9hrs) northwest through Luwero and Masindi town. Branch off for a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided Rhino walk and picnic lunch. Continue to the spectacular site at the top of the falls where you can see the Nile’s beauty perfected. Marvel at the Nile, compressing from up to 1 km squeeze through a 7-meter canyon dropping 40 meters with a thunderous roar creating a beautiful rainbow, a plume of spray, and the best thing that happened to the Nile, “the Murchison Falls”. Enjoy the sunset as you return to the lodge.

- Day 2 - Murchison Falls safari game driveBegin your day with a cup of African coffee ready for a wildlife game drive, bird watching, and sightseeing across the open Savannah dotted with woodland and riverine vegetation along the Nile and Albert delta. Here expect to meet elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, leopards, waterbuck, and countless populations of birds, return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, a three-hour boat trip along the Nile gives you an assured chance to see the Murchison falls from the bottom angle. Wildlife such as hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, and aquatic birds can be seen along the shores of the river.

- Day 3 - Murchison falls back to Kampala/EntebbeWake up at 6:00 am prepared to take a photograph of the African rising sun in the morning and enjoy an African breakfast. Getting There
From outside East Africa, Uganda can be easily accessed either by road or Air and mostly by Air to Entebbe International Airport (EBB). Water transport can also be used to travel in and around our destinations especially the ferry crossing from the Southern part of Murchison Falls National Park to the Northern part of Murchison Falls National Park. Flights to Uganda are cheapest during the rainy seasons from March to May and October to November. The best wildlife viewing months are June to September and December to February, when flights are likely to be more expensive.

- All foreign visitors need a passport that is valid for at least six months
- Passports must have a clean and a full visa page for endorsement.
- When arriving from a yellow-fever-infected country in Africa or the Americas a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
- Citizens of most countries require a visa. A list of countries that don't need a visa is available.
- Visas are best obtained in advance through an official online visa-application portal (https://visas.immigration.go.ug/), but they can also be obtained through your local Tanzania Embassy or High Commission.
- Visas can also be obtained on arrival but this is a lengthy process that can take one to two hours.
- Tourist visas are available for Uganda only, or East Africa (which covers entry to Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda) for the same cost.
