- A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.
- Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.
- Day 1 - Nairobi- Amboseli National ParkWe'll leave early in the morning for Amboseli National Park. Check into your hotel and have lunch. We go on a game drive in the afternoon. Amboseli National Park is located just south of Nairobi; the majority of the park is made up of a dry, historic lake bed and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland, with a few of small, rocky, volcanic hills in the south. The landscape around the wetlands Ol Kenya, Ol Tukai, and Enkongo Narok is luxuriant, with yellow-barked acacias and phoenix palms.
Main Destination: Amboseli National Park
Accommodation: Sentrim Amboseli
Meals & Drinks: Lunch & Dinner Included with Drinks
- Day 2 - Amboseli National ParkAn optional visit to a Masai community can be organized after breakfast if you want to see Mount Kilimanjaro before the clouds build up over the peak. The singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rites are revealed during a visit. A peek into their lives and societal structures is a moving experience. Despite its shifting ecology, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife region in Africa for up-close encounters with elephants. Elephants feasting and bathing in the wetlands will be the highlights of every safari since they will be less bothered by poachers.
Main Destination: Amboseli National Park
Accommodation: Sentrim Amboseli
Meals & Drinks: All Meals Included with Drinks
- Day 3 - Amboseli Nationa Park- Lake NaivashaA trip early in the morning to Lake Naivasha, the highest and most picturesque of the Rift Valley lakes. The water is fresh at 1910m (6200f), and the lake is rimmed by dense clumps of papyrus (ancient Egyptians used this to create paper). The papyrus is used as a perch by kingfishers, and herons hide in it while looking for food. Naivasha is another popular birding destination (nearly 400 species have been documented). It is also a popular weekend destination for Nairobi residents who come to sail, water ski, and fish. There are no crocodiles in the lake because the water is too cold owing to altitude, however there are many hippos. Vineyards along the shoreline grow grapes for the country's fledgling wine industry.
Main Destination: Lake Naivasha National Park
Accommodation: Villa Gracia
Meals & Drinks: All Meals Included with Drinks
- Day 4 - Lake Naivasha- Masai Mara National ReserveLeave early in the morning for the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch before going on an afternoon game drive. The Mara is one of the few areas on the planet where species may be found in the quantities that formerly roamed Africa's plains and forests. The Mara supports the dramatic seasonal migration of many thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras, and associated predators as the northern point of the huge Serengeti ecosystem.

- Day 5 - Masai Mara National reserveAfter breakfast, we'll go on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. The reserve is well recognized for its black-maned lions and plentiful resident species, and it's one of the few areas where you may see the Big Five on a morning game drive.

Getting There
Tourists can visit these safari locations once in Kenya and can show up via air, land or ocean, however, flights are the most favoured mode of transport. Kenya is a huge nation and while you can go via vehicle on a safari circuit, getting between the various regions is better on a booked flight.
Kenya's main airport is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), located 15km/9mi southeast of Nairobi. Kenya's second international Airport is Moi International Airport (MBA), located 9km/6mi west of Mombasa, but aside from flights to Zanzibar, this is primarily used for domestic and charter flights.
From Nairobi or Mombasa, one can fly or drive between reserves, or opt to do a bit of both. Most domestic flights out of Nairobi depart from Wilson Airport (WIL), 6km/4mi south of Nairobi.
This tour starts in Nairobi and ends in Nairobi, Kenya
A transfer from and back to the airport is included
Additional accommodation before and at the end of the tour can be arranged for an extra cost
Travel Requirements
- All foreign visitors need a passport that is valid for at least six months
- Passports must have a clean and a full visa page for endorsement.
- When arriving from a yellow-fever-infected country in Africa or the Americas a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
- Citizens of most countries require a visa. A list of countries that don't need a visa is available.
- Visas are best obtained in advance through an official online visa-application portal (Link), but they can also be obtained through your local Kenyan Embassy or High Commission.
- Visas can also be obtained on arrival but this is a lengthy process that can take one to two hours.
