Arrival You'll be collected from the airport. Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost .Wake up early morning and have breakfast and your guide will pick you up from your lodge and brief you about the trip. Then depart to Khwai Concession. Upon arrival, the staff will set up the camp, and then direct you to your camping tents. After a short while, you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea and resume your afternoon game drive within the park. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon game drive, enjoy afresh shower and then dinner will be served. The time for bed will be determined by the last guest.

Wake up early morning, have a quick shower and have breakfast then resume your game drive within the park. Come back to the camp. After a short while you will have lunch and then go for a siesta. After siesta, you can have a tea you leave the camp for 3 hours Mokoro (Canoe) Excursion in Khwai. Drive back to the camp after your afternoon Mokoro Excursion, enjoy a fresh shower and then dinner will be served.

For travellers, it is more common to fly into Maun Airport (MUB) and Kasana Airport (BBK). When combining a safari in Botswana with a visit to Victoria Falls, it is common to fly into Maun and depart from Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe or Livingstone Airport (LVI) in Zambia.
Most visitors to Botswana will have a stopover in South Africa to pick up a direct flight from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airport (CPT).
