- Day 1 - Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park
Your safari adventure begins with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park. Upon arrival, meet your guide and head straight into the wilderness for a full-day game drive across the park’s open plains, home to elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and abundant birdlife. At midday, enjoy a freshly prepared local lunch served inside the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The game drive continues into the afternoon, with golden light offering perfect chances for photography and wildlife encounters. As the sun sets, transfer to Bastian camp mikumi, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a cozy safari atmosphere under the African stars.
