    Welcome to Livingstone, the primary tourism hub of Zambia. You will be met at the Livingstone International airport (Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula Airport) by our hospitality greeters and company driver. You will be transferred to and stay in a good tourism styled accommodation facility in Livingstone. Afternoon Activity: Time permitting after your check-in late in the afternoon, you will be picked from the reception of the lodge. You will then be transferred for your exciting, relaxing and splendid sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi River above the mighty Victoria Falls aboard a medium-sized boat cruise. Highlights • Enjoy a relaxing sunset adventure along the Zambezi River • See flocks of birds skim the water as the sun sets behind the skyline. • View a variety of game, including hippos, crocodiles, and elephants. • Relax with a drink and enjoy the African sunset over the mighty Zambezi River. • Admire spectacular views of the surrounding nature reserves. • Experience the wonders of nature that this mighty Zambezi river has to offer At the end of the cruise, you will be transferred back to your lodge. 19:30 pm: At the end of the day, you will be served with a well-prepared delicious dinner. 20:00 pm: Narration: In the evening we will have a ‘meet and greet session’ in the lounge.     Narration: On day 2, you will enjoy a number of exciting adventure activities in Livingstone, the primary tourism hub of Zambia. Program of the day 07:10 am: - Wakeup; thereafter take a morning bath. 07:30 am - Take your sumptuous breakfast, 08:00 am - You will travel to the mighty Victoria Falls for a wonderful waterfall viewing and tour experience excursion. 08:00 am – 10:30 am – Commence touring the mighty Victoria Falls; Narration: The Mosi-oa-Tunya/Victoria Falls is the world's greatest sheet of falling water. It is significant worldwide for its exceptional geological and geomorphological features and active land formation processes. It has an outstanding beauty attributed to the falls i.e. the spray, mist and rainbows. Thereafter visit the local craft market just outside the perimeter fence of the Victoria Falls. 10:30 am – 11: 00 am - You will then travel back to Livingstone city and; 11:00 am – 12:30 pm – You will visit and commence touring the Livingstone Museum. ­ Overview of the Livingstone Museum: Established in 1934, the Livingstone Museum is the largest and oldest museum in Zambia. It is located in the heart of Livingstone, the home of the Victoria Falls. It holds internationally significant collections in Zambian archaeology, history, culture and natural history and provides an important insight into the natural and cultural heritage of Zambia. It is renowned for its important collection of David Livingstone letters and memorabilia. Highlight: There are local museum tour guides available to accompany you. The inhouse government museum tour guides’ service is complimentary. 12:30 pm –13:00 pm - Livingstone City Tour: After touring the Livingstone Museum, you will walk across to the Livingstone city centre. You will see the colonial buildings, many shops, banks, local market. This is an opportunity for you to withdraw cash at the numerous automatic teller machines (ATM cash dispensers) for your spending pleasure in Livingstone. Buy your assortment of drinks at the famous Shoprite shop at your own cost; thereafter, you will be transferred back to the lodge. 13:00 pm - 14:30 pm: You will take your lunch at the Lodge. 14:30 pm - Take an afternoon of rest in your lodge room. 16:00 pm: Next activity: Village Tour to Mukuni Village. You will experience and see in real time the true Zambian cultural lifestyle of local people genuinely living a genuine life and not acting for tourists. Additional activities: On your way to Mukuni village, you will visit and tour the National Art Gallery for thirty (30) minutes. Meaning that you will leave your lodge at 03:00 pm for the National Art Gallery. Thereafter, you will travel to Mukuni village at the outskirts of Livingstone city. During the Mukuni Village tour, you will be treated to an African experience where you will get to learn more about the African culture and also interact with people from the village. This means that you are free to do any other preferred adventure activities in Livingstone of your own choice which you will pay for yourself. Suggestions! ­ We suggest and propose that you may do any of these exciting adventure activities: ­ A. Water related activities and other adventure activities on the Zambezi River in Livingstone at your own cost activities:- ­ (1) Undertake Devil's pool experience at your own cost. We shall transfer you to the Victoria Falls to undertake Devil's pool experience. You will pay directly to the Devil's pool ground operator and service provider. ­ Narration (information tip!): The Devils Swimming Pool and Livingstone Island Tour is an Exhilarating and Memorable Experience. This activity is only available from the Zambian side of Victoria Falls. It is an awesome once in a lifetime experience and the operation is extremely well managed and run by the operator, Note; Depending on the time of the year, if the water levels on the Zambezi River are high, you will not be able to do the Devils Pool swimming experience for safety reasons.     Travel from Livingstone (Zambia) to Kasane (Chobe National P

    On this day, you will leave Livingstone and travel to Kasane, the home base of the Chobe National Park in Botswana. Program 05:20 am: You will check-out of your lodge/hotel in Livingstone in Zambia. You will board your tour vehicle and proceed straight away to Kazungula - Zambia/Botswana one-stop-border post, a distance of about 68 kms. 08:00 am: Kazungula Zambia/Botswana one stop border station Narration: (information tip): You will present yourself before the immigration officers of both Zambia and Botswana immigration authorities at the one stop border station at Kazungula on Botswana soil. This will be for the purpose of processing your exit from Zambia and entry into Botswana respectively. Travel Tip! Please carry your passport with you and sufficient USD hard currencies to pay for your border entry VISA into Botswana and any border fees. If accompanied by any children with only one parent present, kindly carry a letter from the other parent absent authorizing you to travel with the child internationally. A letter with a seal of oath will carry more weight to avoid being inconvenienced and denied entry into Business. Otherwise, if all your documentations are in order, you will smoothly exit Zambia and enter Botswana without any hassles. 08:30 am: Quickly check-in your lodge/camp-site, take a fast breakfast before dashing off to the Chobe National Park 08:40 am: Enter Botswana and travel to Chobe National Park. You will be picked by our Botswana counterpart tour guide driving a safari vehicle right at the border. You will immediately be driven to the entrance of Chobe National Park, a distance of approximately 22 km. You will be presented before the Botswana wildlife officers at the main gate of Chobe National Park to process your entry into the park. Overview of Chobe National Park The Chobe national park is well known for its wildlife and bird life and beautiful sunsets. Established in 1968, Chobe National Park covers approximately 11,700 sq km, encompassing floodplains, swamps and woodland. The Chobe River forms the park's northern boundary, which includes four distinct geographical areas: the Chobe Riverfront: the Ngwezumba pans; Savuté; and Linyanti. What is special about Chobe National Park? The Chobe National Park is widely known for its large elephant population, estimated to be around 50,000. Elephants living here are Kalahari elephants, the largest in herd size of all known elephant populations. They are characterized by rather brittle ivory and short tusks, perhaps due to calcium deficiency in the soils. What you will do: You will commence your game viewing drive in Chobe National Park in an open safari vehicle under the supervision of a qualified tour guide. You will see the world's largest Elephant population, amazing wildlife, and Africa's largest predators: Lions, Leopards and Wild dogs. You will be offered refreshments whilst on the game drive activities. 12:30 pm: Excellent buffet lunch – at any good restaurant or at Chobe Safari Lodge. Chance are that you will take a delicious buffet lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge by the shores of Chobe River. This is a high-end Chobe Safari Lodge offers excellent meals, from the salads to the meats to the desserts. 14:00 pm: Chobe Boat Cruise. You will go for an afternoon boat cruise experience on the Chobe River using a speedboat which allows you to come closer to the animals. You will be surprised at the number of wild animals you will see within this area. Accompanied by a tour guide, you will see elephant swimming across from Namibia to Botswana, crocodiles, hippos, water buffalos, a lot of different species of bird life. you will be offered refreshments on this boat cruise. 16:00 pm: Return to your accommodation in Kasane/Kazungula - Botswana.     Travel from Kasane to Nata (Distance: 316km)

    Narration: You will rise early in the morning to prepare for your exciting journey inland of Botswana. You will travel to the small village of Nata on the edge of the Makgadikgadi Pans– the largest salt pans in the world and the remains of Africa’s largest inland sea. ­ ­ Beautiful sprawling Kazungula forests and Pandamatenga farm plantations ­ Travelling from Kasane to Nata is on a good tarred road measuring a distance of about 316km. It is a fairly easy drive with beautiful scenery of thick undisturbed forests. Along this road highway, there are oftentimes plenty of elephants that you will possibly see. ­ Narration: You will also drive through the vast Pandamatenga farms which provides a beautiful scenery of sorghum and maize when in season. Pandamatenga village is one of Botswana's main arable farming areas. It's easily distinguished by the prominent grain silos, which tower over the surrounding sorghum and maize fields. ­ Around midday, you will arrive and check any good camping/accommodation facility in Nata. There are plenty wild elephants that roam freely in their natural habitat around Nata. 06:30 pm: You will take your delicious dinner. 09:30 pm: You will retire to bed to sleep.

    Narration: This is the momentous day you have be waiting for to visit and tour the UNESCO world-renowned Okavango delta in real time. **Please bear in mind that a visit to Okavango delta is more of a scenic sightseeing tour than a wildlife viewing excursion. ­ Below is the program of the day ­ 05:30 am - 0600 am: Wakeup in Maun from your lodge/camp/hotel. Take your delicious breakfast as arranged. 06.10am: Then you will proceed to the outskirts mokoro station. You will be transported in open-sided 4X4 safari vehicles, with coffee/tea being served, whilst viewing game on the way. You will see some of Botswana’s most breath-taking scenery on the way to an ideal camping location. The camp site services include food, beer/wine prepared and served by a highly qualified Chef. Setting up of camping tents accommodation: On arrival, whilst your camping tents are being set up by our crew, you will go for a guided game walk around your campsite to learn all about what makes the Delta such a unique and world-acclaimed UNESCO site. Tent camping excursion: You will stay in 3m x 3m dome tent with built in groundsheet consisting large windows that allows a lot of fresh air inside the tent. You will sleep on a comfortable mattress with clean bedding and a mosquito net handing above you to protect you from mosquito bites.     Narration: Today you will be doing soft adventure activities exclusively in the Okavango Delta. Highlights • Traditiona Mokoro canoening Excursion • Nature Walk • En-route Game Drive Excursion ­ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Overview The Okavango Delta is one of Africa's last remaining great wildlife habitats and provides refuge to huge concentrations of game. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Program of the day 06:30 am: The day will start with a wakeup call: Exchange of morning greetings pleasantries in the local Setswana language by saying "Dumela" meaning Good morning in English. Take morning bath. ­ 07: 00 am: Breakfast will be served on the scheduled time. Then you will go for another guided nature walk before embarking on the next exciting mokoro excursion. Thereafter taking the nature walk excursion, our team in the company of a professional mokoro guide will take you for a mokoro safari trip along the tributaries of the Okavango delta. Narration: During this tour, there is a high possibility of viewing wild animals as they come to drink water along the many tributaries of the delta. Once back at the Mokoro landing base, the guide will set up a picnic lunch with table and chairs. Getting There

Zambia's main airport is Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN), found 14km from the capital, Lusaka. From Lusaka, you can fly or drive between reserves. When your safari is joined with a visit to Victoria Falls, you will undoubtedly fly in or out of Livingstone Airport (LVI), right outside of Livingstone and near the falls. In most cases, your local tour administrator will orchestrate pick-up from the airport and arrange further transportation as a feature of your safari package.

    Tours and activities in Livingstone, Zambia

    Narration: On day 2, you will enjoy a number of exciting adventure activities in Livingstone, the primary tourism hub of Zambia. Program of the day 07:10 am: - Wakeup; thereafter take a morning bath. 07:30 am - Take your sumptuous breakfast, 08:00 am - You will travel to the mighty Victoria Falls for a wonderful waterfall viewing and tour experience excursion. 08:00 am – 10:30 am – Commence touring the mighty Victoria Falls; Narration: The Mosi-oa-Tunya/Victoria Falls is the world's greatest sheet of falling water. It is significant worldwide for its exceptional geological and geomorphological features and active land formation processes. It has an outstanding beauty attributed to the falls i.e. the spray, mist and rainbows. Thereafter visit the local craft market just outside the perimeter fence of the Victoria Falls. 10:30 am – 11: 00 am - You will then travel back to Livingstone city and; 11:00 am – 12:30 pm – You will visit and commence touring the Livingstone Museum. ­ Overview of the Livingstone Museum: Established in 1934, the Livingstone Museum is the largest and oldest museum in Zambia. It is located in the heart of Livingstone, the home of the Victoria Falls. It holds internationally significant collections in Zambian archaeology, history, culture and natural history and provides an important insight into the natural and cultural heritage of Zambia. It is renowned for its important collection of David Livingstone letters and memorabilia. Highlight: There are local museum tour guides available to accompany you. The inhouse government museum tour guides’ service is complimentary. 12:30 pm –13:00 pm - Livingstone City Tour: After touring the Livingstone Museum, you will walk across to the Livingstone city centre. You will see the colonial buildings, many shops, banks, local market. This is an opportunity for you to withdraw cash at the numerous automatic teller machines (ATM cash dispensers) for your spending pleasure in Livingstone. Buy your assortment of drinks at the famous Shoprite shop at your own cost; thereafter, you will be transferred back to the lodge. 13:00 pm - 14:30 pm: You will take your lunch at the Lodge. 14:30 pm - Take an afternoon of rest in your lodge room. 16:00 pm: Next activity: Village Tour to Mukuni Village. You will experience and see in real time the true Zambian cultural lifestyle of local people genuinely living a genuine life and not acting for tourists. Additional activities: On your way to Mukuni village, you will visit and tour the National Art Gallery for thirty (30) minutes. Meaning that you will leave your lodge at 03:00 pm for the National Art Gallery. Thereafter, you will travel to Mukuni village at the outskirts of Livingstone city. During the Mukuni Village tour, you will be treated to an African experience where you will get to learn more about the African culture and also interact with people from the village. At the end of the Mukuni Village Tour, you will be transferred back to your Lodge for dinner and good night rest of sleep. Meals All your meals are prepared by our chef for quality control and consistency purposes. We do not get meals from the lodge you are staying at except in some exceptional circumstances and sometimes breakfast is included in the room rate.     Livingstone; Open day for you to do your own chosen adventur

    Narration: (information tip):- This is an Open and Free Day. This means that you are free to do any other preferred adventure activities in Livingstone of your own choice which you will pay for yourself. Suggestions! ­ We suggest and propose that you may do any of these exciting adventure activities: ­ A. Water related activities and other adventure activities on the Zambezi River in Livingstone at your own cost activities:- ­ (1) Undertake Devil's pool experience at your own cost. We shall transfer you to the Victoria Falls to undertake Devil's pool experience. You will pay directly to the Devil's pool ground operator and service provider. ­ Narration (information tip!): The Devils Swimming Pool and Livingstone Island Tour is an Exhilarating and Memorable Experience. This activity is only available from the Zambian side of Victoria Falls. It is an awesome once in a lifetime experience and the operation is extremely well managed and run by the operator, Note; Depending on the time of the year, if the water levels on the Zambezi River are high, you will not be able to do the Devils Pool swimming experience for safety reasons. Instead, you will undertake yet another exciting swimming pool experience on the same Zambezi River at the Angels's Pool. (3) Undertake Bunjee jumping at your own cost. We shall transfer you to the Victoria Falls to undertake Bunjee jumping experience. You will pay directly to the Bunjee jumping ground operator and service provider.     Travel from Livingstone (Zambia) to Kasane (Chobe National P

    On this day, you will leave Livingstone and travel to Kasane, the home base of the Chobe National Park in Botswana. Program 05:20 am: You will check-out of your lodge/hotel in Livingstone in Zambia. You will board your tour vehicle and proceed straight away to Kazungula - Zambia/Botswana one-stop-border post, a distance of about 68 kms. 08:00 am: Kazungula Zambia/Botswana one stop border station Narration: (information tip): You will present yourself before the immigration officers of both Zambia and Botswana immigration authorities at the one stop border station at Kazungula on Botswana soil. This will be for the purpose of processing your exit from Zambia and entry into Botswana respectively. Travel Tip! Please carry your passport with you and sufficient USD hard currencies to pay for your border entry VISA into Botswana and any border fees. If accompanied by any children with only one parent present, kindly carry a letter from the other parent absent authorizing you to travel with the child internationally. A letter with a seal of oath will carry more weight to avoid being inconvenienced and denied entry into Business. Otherwise, if all your documentations are in order, you will smoothly exit Zambia and enter Botswana without any hassles. 08:30 am: Quickly check-in your lodge/camp-site, take a fast breakfast before dashing off to the Chobe National Park 08:40 am: Enter Botswana and travel to Chobe National Park. You will be picked by our Botswana counterpart tour guide driving a safari vehicle right at the border. You will immediately be driven to the entrance of Chobe National Park, a distance of approximately 22 km. You will be presented before the Botswana wildlife officers at the main gate of Chobe National Park to process your entry into the park. Overview of Chobe National Park The Chobe national park is well known for its wildlife and bird life and beautiful sunsets. Established in 1968, Chobe National Park covers approximately 11,700 sq km, encompassing floodplains, swamps and woodland. The Chobe River forms the park's northern boundary, which includes four distinct geographical areas: the Chobe Riverfront: the Ngwezumba pans; Savuté; and Linyanti. What is special about Chobe National Park? The Chobe National Park is widely known for its large elephant population, estimated to be around 50,000. Elephants living here are Kalahari elephants, the largest in herd size of all known elephant populations. They are characterized by rather brittle ivory and short tusks, perhaps due to calcium deficiency in the soils. What you will do: You will commence your game viewing drive in Chobe National Park in an open safari vehicle under the supervision of a qualified tour guide. You will see the world's largest Elephant population, amazing wildlife, and Africa's largest predators: Lions, Leopards and Wild dogs. You will be offered refreshments whilst on the game drive activities. 12:30 pm: Excellent buffet lunch – at any good restaurant or at Chobe Safari Lodge. Chance are that you will take a delicious buffet lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge by the shores of Chobe River. This is a high-end Chobe Safari Lodge offers excellent meals, from the salads to the meats to the desserts. 14:00 pm: Chobe Boat Cruise. You will go for an afternoon boat cruise experience on the Chobe River using a speedboat which allows you to come closer to the animals. You will be surprised at the number of wild animals you will see within this area. Accompanied by a tour guide, you will see elephant swimming across from Namibia to Botswana, crocodiles, hippos, water buffalos, a lot of different species of bird life. you will be offered refreshments on this boat cruise. 16:00 pm: Return to your accommodation in Kasane/Kazungula - Botswana.     Travel from Kasane to Nata (Distance: 316km)

    Narration: You will rise early in the morning to prepare for your exciting journey inland of Botswana. You will travel to the small village of Nata on the edge of the Makgadikgadi Pans– the largest salt pans in the world and the remains of Africa’s largest inland sea. ­ ­ Beautiful sprawling Kazungula forests and Pandamatenga farm plantations ­ Travelling from Kasane to Nata is on a good tarred road measuring a distance of about 316km. It is a fairly easy drive with beautiful scenery of thick undisturbed forests. Along this road highway, there are oftentimes plenty of elephants that you will possibly see. ­ Narration: You will also drive through the vast Pandamatenga farms which provides a beautiful scenery of sorghum and maize when in season. Pandamatenga village is one of Botswana's main arable farming areas. It's easily distinguished by the prominent grain silos, which tower over the surrounding sorghum and maize fields. ­ Around midday, you will arrive and check any good camping/accommodation facility in Nata. There are plenty wild elephants that roam freely in their natural habitat around Nata. 06:30 pm: You will take your delicious dinner. 09:30 pm: You will retire to bed to sleep.

    Travel from Nata to Maun (Distance: 289.7 km)

    Narration: You will travel from Nata to Maun, the main gateway to the Okavango Delta, Maun (pronounced as mau-uunn) and Botswana's primary tourism hub. ­ Mid-day: Arrive around midday in Maun just in time to take your delicious lunch. Afternoon: This will be some free time to relax and enjoy swimming in the pool, or engage is some outdoor sporting activities or just relax at the at the any bar taking your favourite drinks at your own cost.     Travel from Maun to the Okavango Delta

    Narration: This is the momentous day you have be waiting for to visit and tour the UNESCO world-renowned Okavango delta in real time. **Please bear in mind that a visit to Okavango delta is more of a scenic sightseeing tour than a wildlife viewing excursion. ­ Below is the program of the day ­ 05:30 am - 0600 am: Wakeup in Maun from your lodge/camp/hotel. Take your delicious breakfast as arranged. 06.10am: Then you will proceed to the outskirts mokoro station. You will be transported in open-sided 4X4 safari vehicles, with coffee/tea being served, whilst viewing game on the way. You will see some of Botswana’s most breath-taking scenery on the way to an ideal camping location. The camp site services include food, beer/wine prepared and served by a highly qualified Chef. Setting up of camping tents accommodation: On arrival, whilst your camping tents are being set up by our crew, you will go for a guided game walk around your campsite to learn all about what makes the Delta such a unique and world-acclaimed UNESCO site. Tent camping excursion: You will stay in 3m x 3m dome tent with built in groundsheet consisting large windows that allows a lot of fresh air inside the tent. You will sleep on a comfortable mattress with clean bedding and a mosquito net handing above you to protect you from mosquito bites. Note: The camp service facilities available are basic camping facilities. They include an outdoor toilet, warm bucket shower, bath towel, hand towel and hand basins. Mid-Day Lunch: After setting up the accommodation camp tents; you will be served with sumptuous meals on camping tables and sit on camping chairs nicely arranged around the tables.     Full day of exciting activities in the Iconic Okavango Delta

    Narration: Today you will be doing soft adventure activities exclusively in the Okavango Delta. Highlights • Traditiona Mokoro canoening Excursion • Nature Walk • En-route Game Drive Excursion ­ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Overview The Okavango Delta is one of Africa's last remaining great wildlife habitats and provides refuge to huge concentrations of game. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Program of the day 06:30 am: The day will start with a wakeup call: Exchange of morning greetings pleasantries in the local Setswana language by saying "Dumela" meaning Good morning in English. Take morning bath. ­ 07: 00 am: Breakfast will be served on the scheduled time. Then you will go for another guided nature walk before embarking on the next exciting mokoro excursion. Thereafter taking the nature walk excursion, our team in the company of a professional mokoro guide will take you for a mokoro safari trip along the tributaries of the Okavango delta. Narration: During this tour, there is a high possibility of viewing wild animals as they come to drink water along the many tributaries of the delta. Once back at the Mokoro landing base, the guide will set up a picnic lunch with table and chairs. Getting There

Zambia's main airport is Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN), found 14km from the capital, Lusaka. From Lusaka, you can fly or drive between reserves. When your safari is joined with a visit to Victoria Falls, you will undoubtedly fly in or out of Livingstone Airport (LVI), right outside of Livingstone and near the falls. In most cases, your local tour administrator will orchestrate pick-up from the airport and arrange further transportation as a feature of your safari package.
