- Day 1 - Nairobi to Lake Naivasha: Scenic Rift Valley & Boat Safari
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), you will be warmly welcomed by our Wookar Adventures representative and professional safari guide. After a brief introduction and safari briefing, you will be transferred in your private 4x4 safari vehicle and begin your journey towards Lake Naivasha through the scenic Great Rift Valley. En route, enjoy spectacular views of the escarpments and countryside, with a stop at a viewpoint for photographs. Proceed to Lake Naivasha and check in at your lodge, followed by lunch and some time to relax. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, offering excellent opportunities to see hippos, African fish eagles, pelicans, herons, cormorants and other waterbirds. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight, preparing for the wildlife adventure ahead.

- Day 2 - Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru: Game Drive & Birdwatching Safa
After breakfast, depart Lake Naivasha and drive towards Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya’s most scenic wildlife destinations. Upon arrival, enter the park and begin your game drive through its diverse landscapes of woodland, grassland and lake habitats. Keep your eyes open for black and white rhinos, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks and other wildlife. Lake Nakuru is also an excellent birdwatching destination, with opportunities to spot pelicans, flamingos, African fish eagles, cormorants, herons, storks and many other species. Enjoy a picnic or lodge lunch before continuing your afternoon exploration. Your professional guide will focus on both wildlife and bird sightings, providing opportunities for photography and learning about the ecosystem. Later, proceed to your accommodation for dinner, relaxation and overnight.

Search for rhinos, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and a variety of bird species while enjoying excellent morning photography opportunities. Return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out and departing towards Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia. The journey takes you through the beautiful landscapes of central Kenya, with impressive views of Mount Kenya along the way. Upon arrival at Ol Pejeta, check in and enjoy lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive. Explore the conservancy’s diverse habitats while searching for elephants, rhinos, lions, buffaloes, leopards and numerous bird species. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

- Day 4 - Ol Pejeta Conservancy: Full-Day Big Five & Birdwatching Safa
After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day safari in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, one of Kenya’s leading wildlife and conservation destinations. With your professional safari guide, explore different areas of the conservancy in search of the Big Five, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, leopards and rhinos. Ol Pejeta is also home to an impressive variety of other wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, hippos, cheetahs and numerous antelope species. Throughout the day, dedicate time to birdwatching, with opportunities to identify eagles, vultures, storks, hornbills, rollers and other resident and migratory species. Depending on the selected activities and availability, you may also visit the conservancy’s important rhino conservation areas and learn about its wildlife protection efforts. Enjoy lunch during the day before continuing your safari. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.

- Day 5 - Ol Pejeta Conservancy: Wildlife, Birdwatching & Conservation
Begin the day with an early morning game drive across Ol Pejeta Conservancy, taking advantage of the cool morning hours when predators and other wildlife are most active. Explore different habitats in search of lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and antelopes, while your guide provides insights into animal behavior and conservation. The day also offers excellent opportunities for dedicated birdwatching, with the chance to spot eagles, vultures, storks, hornbills, rollers and other species. After breakfast or a picnic lunch, continue exploring the conservancy, with your route adjusted according to recent wildlife sightings and your interests. Where available, enjoy a conservation-focused experience and learn about Ol Pejeta’s efforts to protect endangered species. Return to your lodge in the late afternoon for relaxation, dinner and your final overnight stay in the conservancy.

Explore the conservancy during the cool morning hours, searching for any species you may have missed, including rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes and a variety of bird species. Return to the lodge for breakfast, freshen up and check out. Begin your drive towards Nairobi, enjoying the scenic landscapes of Laikipia and central Kenya along the way. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy lunch en route or in Nairobi before proceeding to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight. Your Wookar Adventures representative will assist with the transfer and ensure you arrive at the airport in good time for check-in. Most domestic flights out of Nairobi depart from Wilson Airport (WIL), 6km/4mi south of Nairobi.
