- Day 1 - Flamingos & Rhinos: Arrival & Afternoon Game Drive at Lake N
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive to the spectacular Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check-in before heading straight into the park for an afternoon game drive around the stunning alkaline lake shores. Marvel at thousands of flamingos painting the water pink, spot endangered white rhinos grazing peacefully on open grasslands, and search for leopards draped lazily over fig tree branches. The park is also home to lions, buffalos, zebras, and over 450 bird species. Enjoy a spectacular sunset over the lake before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

- Day 2 - Into the Mara: Drive to Masai Mara & Afternoon Game Drive
Depart Lake Nakuru after breakfast and begin the scenic drive south toward the world-famous Masai Mara, stopping for lunch en route. Arrive at your budget camp in the late afternoon, check in, and settle into the sights and sounds of the African bush before heading out on your first game drive across the sweeping golden plains. Spot herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, and keep watch for lions resting under acacia trees and elephants making their way to the river. Return to camp for dinner and overnight beneath a breathtaking canopy of stars.

- Day 3 - Heart of the Mara: A Full Day Chasing the Big Five

The early morning hours are prime time for predator sightings — lions, cheetahs, and leopards are most active at dawn before the heat of the day sets in. Your experienced guide will navigate the vast reserve, taking you through different zones and ecosystems in pursuit of the Big Five. Marvel at enormous herds of wildebeest and zebras thundering across the plains, watch hippos wallow in the Mara River, and keep your eyes peeled for a leopard draped elegantly over an acacia branch. Enjoy a bush picnic lunch in the wild before continuing your afternoon game drive. Return to camp for dinner and overnight beneath a breathtaking canopy of stars.

Most domestic flights out of Nairobi depart from Wilson Airport (WIL), 6km/4mi south of Nairobi.
