    A day trip Cultural and Natural escape: Kikuletwa Hotspring Morning: Early Start: Depart from your accommodation in Arusha at 6:00 AM. Game Drive: Embark on a 2-hour game drive in Arusha National Park. Focus on observing key species like elephants, zebras, giraffes, and various antelope. A knowledgeable guide will provide insightful commentary on the local ecosystem and wildlife behavior. Photography: Utilize the morning light for optimal wildlife photography opportunities. Mid-Morning: Transfer to Rundugai: Depart Arusha National Park and travel to Rundugai Village, experience the adventurous drive to Rundugai village. arriving around 9:30 AM, be welcomed with the CTE owner or a local guide who will give you a briefing about the tour, history of the village as the origin of the village name derived from Maasai word Cultural Immersion: After a tour briefing, the tour begins by engage in a 1.5-hour cultural experience with Rundugai Cultural Tourism Enterprise. Activities may include: Meet and interact with the open colorful people of this vibrant place. The tour starts in Rundugai, at Kijiweni sub-village which serves as a Maasai Market every Monday. If you are lucky, you will meet Donkeys that are used as a means of transport by local village when they are going to sell their product at the Maasai market. Onward we proceed to the banana beer Centre where you can learn about the process, ingredients and taste a pint of banana beer. If you are lucky and they are preparing a new batch that day you can even help to brew the beer. Next, we will visit the highly respected and talented midwife who will tell her incredible stories about several work and life experiences and how she serves the community to this day. Afterwards we meet the herbalist and learn how she uses different traditional medicine from native trees to treat different diseases including cancer, hernia, high blood pressure, diabetes, Skin diseases, and more. You can also assist in preparing these medicines. As the tour proceeds, we meet local crafters who weave mats, baskets and huts. You will get the chance to take a short lesson in weaving. Lunch: Authentic Cuisine: Enjoy a delicious traditional Tanzanian lunch prepared by local women, they will have prepared a buffet of warm dishes for you providing a taste of authentic regional flavors. Afternoon: From there travel to Chemka Hot Spring, arriving around 1:30 PM. Begin a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water. Spend 1.5 hours enjoying the therapeutic waters of the hot springs, surrounded by lush greenery. Visitors will get the chance to take a refreshing dip in the astonishing Kikuletwa Hotsprings. This natural pool which is surrounded by the impressive roots of fig trees and palm trees will make you feel like you have entered a tropical paradise. . Take a leap with the swinging rope for a dive into the crystal-clear water or just relax in a floating tube. Photography: Capture the scenic greenery beauty like paradise of the natural spring and surrounding landscape. Late Afternoon: Return to Arusha, farewell Chemka Hot Spring and return to Arusha, arriving around 4:30 PM. Say goodbye to Chemka Hot Spring with good memories you create there, as you buy some gifts from local shop like Handcrafts, Pictures that are painted by local people, depending on the time you visit you can meet young local boys selling to you some fruits like Baobab fruits that are on it’s shell.
