This tour expedition will start in Kigali to end in Burundi, Bujumbura. You will go for a game safari in Akagera NP see the big five animals. You will also immerse in Rwanda culture at Rwanda ethnographic museum and King's palace. After this you will go in Nyungwe NP for canopy walk. From here, you will cross Rwanda-Congo Border and go for Lowland Gorilla trek in Kahuzi-Biega Ntional. After the experience in Congo, you will cross Congo-Burundi border and go to explore Burundian treasure.

- Day 2 - Game drive in Akagera National parkAfter breakfast (preferably at 6 am), you will drive with your packed snacks to Akagera National Park's reception to arrive around 9 am. Check in, and start you game safari through the scenic areas where you will see lakes and hippo beaches. Animals you can expect to see include elephants, giraffes, herds of antelopes, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, cats, and buffalos. If you are a birdwatcher, this is also a great birding spot. At around 1 pm, you will have a picnic lunch and then continue your game safari. The tour will end later in the afternoon at 4 pm and get back to your Kigali. Overnight: Nobleza hotel

- Day 3 - Transfer to Nyungwe National Park, Kings’ Palace museum andAfter your lunch, you will start driving some two hours to Butare, where Rwanda takes its roots and then go to visit King Palace museum where the famous and majestic Rwandan kings were staying. You will get that chance to enter the king palace and learn about the royal style, the smartness and the authority of pre-colonial Rwanda. The famous Long Horns Rwandan Cow is also in the palace backyard. Their permanent keepers who pass the long days singing and interacting romantically with them are much styled to discover. - Day 4 - Tea plantation experience, Canopy walkAfter your breakfast, you immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Rwandan tea with a captivating experience at the Gisakura Tea Plantation, nestled amidst the lush greenery of Nyungwe National Park. Embark on a journey from the humble tea leaf to the invigorating cup of tea that graces your table. You will just start by observing the skilled hands of tea pickers as they meticulously pluck the two top leaves and bud of each tea plant, a process that requires precision and dexterity and then engage with the local farmers and learn about the intricacies of tea cultivation, gaining a deeper appreciation for the dedication and passion that goes into crafting each cup of tea. - Day 5 - Gorilla trekking in Kahuzi-Biega National Park in CongoAfter your breakfast, we will go for briefing at Kahuzi-biega national park and after, move in a company of experienced ranger guides through the forest with your packed lunch, water, tracking gears among others to meet, chant and enjoy their entertainment for one hour while taking photos for remembrance. Time taken while searching for these great apes, ranges between 2 to 4 hours depending on the movement of the gorilla groups. Later we will get back to your hotel

- Day 6 - Kahuzi Mount hikeAfter your breakfast, we will go on Hiking Mount Kahuzi in Kahuzi-Biega National Park is an exciting and rewarding experience, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding rainforest and a chance to encounter some of the park's diverse wildlife. Mount Kahuzi is a dormant volcanic mountain located in the Kahuzi-Biéga National Park in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is the highest peak in the Mitumba Range, reaching an elevation of 3,317 meters. The hike is moderately challenging, taking approximately 4 hours to reach the summit and 3 hours to descend. From the summit, hikers can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area, including Lake Kivu, the Virunga Mountains, and the city of Bukavu.

- Day 7 - Transfer to Burundi and Bujumbura City tourAfter your breakfast, we will proceed with Congo-Burundi border formalities and and then continue your way to Burundi. Depending on which time you may get in Burundi, you will proceed with exploring Bujumbura city. Bujumbura is a city built on a valley, which gives it an exceptional panoramic view of the city. Along the city tour, we will visit the Mausoleum of Prince Louis Rwagasore, the hero of Burundi Independence, French cultural center and Saga Beach.

- Day 8 - Rumonge palm oil plantation experience and Rumonge City tourAfter your breakfast, you will drive about 2 hours passing through a variety of amazing landscape and beaches to get in Rumonge. It is the fourth largest city in Burundi found along Lake Tanganyika shores in the southern part of Burundi. Reaching in Rumonge, you get amazed by the huge palm oil plantation that covers the area. We will just experience how this palm oil is processed from the farm up the final product. After your lunch, later in the afternoon we will proceed with Rumonge city tour and learn how the city had been a tactic area by Belgians during colonial time. We will just visit some buildings that evoke the presence of whites in the city.

- Day 9 - Rumonge fishing experience and transfer to RutanaAfter your breakfast, we will approach the Tanganyika Lake to witness and experience how Mukeke and Ndagara are made from its freshness up to its dryness. The Mukeke and Ndagara are the most preferred food in Burundi, you just taste it and be a part of its preparation.

- Day 10 - Karera waterfalls experience and Germany fault experienceAfter breakfast, we will embark on the journey to Karera Waterfalls, which is an adventure in itself. From Rumonge, it's a scenic two-hour drive through the countryside. The road winds through rolling hills and verdant valleys, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Once you arrive at the Karera Waterfalls, you'll be greeted by the roar of the cascading water. The falls are split into four branches, each with its own unique character. The main falls are the most impressive, plunging over a sheer cliff into a deep pool below. The smaller falls are equally beautiful, and they offer a more intimate experience. The most amazing is the canopy walk which passes over the waterfalls to award you with a whelming experience in Burundi.

- Day 11 - Gishora drum sanctuary and Burundi ethnographic museumAfter your breakfast, we will go to experience the drums. we will visit the "dancers", a group of traditional drummers in Burundi. They are skilled in swordsmanship, spearmanship, and acrobatics. They are often seen performing at cultural events and ceremonies. The drummers are an integral part of Burundian culture. They are seen as symbols of courage, strength, and tradition. They are also a source of pride for the Burundian people.

- Day 12 - Teza Tea Plantation and transfer to BujumburaAfter your breakfast, we will drive about 1,5 hours to reach the Teza Tea Plantation. Teza Tea Plantation is a picturesque destination nestled in the heart of Burundi, renowned for its lush green tea gardens and high-quality tea production. This enchanting plantation offers visitors a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of tea, from witnessing the harvesting process to savoring the final product. Later after, we will drive another 1hour toward Bujumbura and stay at Safari gate hotel nearby Tanganyika Lake.

Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, also known as Gaborone Airport, is the main airport in Botswana. It is located 15 km from Gaborone, the capital.
For travellers, it is more common to fly into Maun Airport (MUB) and Kasana Airport (BBK). When combining a safari in Botswana with a visit to Victoria Falls, it is common to fly into Maun and depart from Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe or Livingstone Airport (LVI) in Zambia.
Most visitors to Botswana will have a stopover in South Africa to pick up a direct flight from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airport (CPT).
