As the sun rises, they cautiously come out of their burrows and deeming it safe, scuttle to the highest points to scout for predators and food. - Day 2 - MAUN - NXAIPANWe depart Maun early towards Nxaipan national park, lunch en route. Close to Phuduhudu village we turn north and enter Nxaipan. This reserve is home to springboks, gemsbok and other migratory species like gnus and zebras which move seasonally according to the availability of resources. Late afternoon we arrive in camp, where you have time to shower before enjoying our dinner. Overnight Nxaipan - camping

- Day 4 - NXAIPAN - MAKGADIKGADI PANSAfter breakfast we pack up and our route take us towards Kudiakam Pan, famous for its cluster of ancient Baobabs, well known as Baines Baobabs. Lunch en route! After lunch we drive out of Nxaipan to Ntwetwe pan, arrive in time so we can visit the meerkats. Sleepout on the salt pans. The Makgadikgadi Salt Pans is one of the world's largest salt pans - a place so remote that both sound and light pollution is non- existent. Overnight Saltpans

- Day 5 - MEERKAT - ELEPHANT SANDSWe spend the morning with meerkats colony before we leave the salt pans and our drive takes us to Elephant sands. Arrive in camp in time so you don't miss that beautiful sunset with a herd of elephants just a couple of meters away from you. Overnight Elephant Sands.

Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, also known as Gaborone Airport, is the main airport in Botswana. It is located 15 km from Gaborone, the capital.
For travellers, it is more common to fly into Maun Airport (MUB) and Kasana Airport (BBK). When combining a safari in Botswana with a visit to Victoria Falls, it is common to fly into Maun and depart from Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe or Livingstone Airport (LVI) in Zambia.
Most visitors to Botswana will have a stopover in South Africa to pick up a direct flight from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airport (CPT).
In most cases, your tour operator will collect you from the airport and will arrange all further transportation.

- Children travelling with one parent or no parents must have an affidavit from the missing parent/s that gives their consent for travel.
- In case a person is travelling by road, they need to carry all the current and valid vehicle documents and essential permits.
