This tour is a feast to the eyes and a majestic celebration of wildlife and nature! Join us for 5 unforgettable days, based on the banks of the Boteti River with activities at Okavango Delta and Moremi Game Reserve. The lodge for your stay is situated on the banks of the Boteti River, a tributary originating in the core of the Okavango Delta. This important river maintains its flow throughout the dry season when most other river systems are dry. Animals will always visit to drink water.

- Day Day 1 - Arrival and Sunset Mokoro Safari
You will be picked up at the Maun airport where you will meet your ranger and guide. Proceed on the 20-minute drive to your tented lodge situated on the banks of the Boteti River. Upon arrival at the lodge, you will check in.
Depending on your time of arrival, you will have some time for a quick lunch or dip in the pool while exploring the lodge’s natural surroundings before you will leave on an amazing 2-hour sunset Mokoro safari on the Boteti River.
A mokoro safari allows one to glide through nature with little disturbance to the surrounding environment.
Please note this activity is weather dependent and based on current water levels of the Boteti River at our main camp.
After your mokoro experience, you will have some time to freshen up and then join us around the open fire. You can take in the magnificent scenery around you while enjoying a delicious and traditionally prepared meal. You will overnight in a safari tented room.

- Day Day 2 - Full Day Mokoro Safari – Okavango Delta
A fresh cup of coffee/tea and homemade biscuits await at the main deck area for your enjoyment. A delicious packed breakfast will be supplied, as you will have an early morning departure on your full-day mokoro safari in the Okavango Delta.
Your Mokoro safari will begin as you head out into the many reed channels of the Okavango Delta. Your guide will already have an update on any exciting or special sightings in the area.
A stop will be made at one of the many islands to enjoy your packed lunch before heading on a nature walk to discover more of this abundant ecosystem. You'll be returning to the lodge at 4:00 pm.
After returning to the lodge, you will have some time to freshen up and relax before dinner, which will be served under the stars in the open boma.
You will have an overnight stay in a safari-tented room

- Day Day 3 - Full Day Game Drive in Moremi / Khwai Reserves
A delicious packed breakfast will be supplied, as you will have an early morning departure on your full-day safari game in Moremi / Khwai Reserves.
Experience this in an open game vehicle specially converted, allowing one to absorb and experience sightings with all of your senses when up and close to wildlife. Your experienced game ranger will teach you about all aspects of nature and interpret wildlife behaviour to you in a unique way. He will also receive updates from other rangers in the area determining animal movements.
A packed lunch will be served in style by your guide at one of the beautiful rest camps along the way.
Return to the lodge at about 4:00 pm. Return time could be delayed depending on the roads, time of year and sightings.
After returning to the lodge, you will have some time to relax and enjoy the great scenery from your deck or rest in your room before dinner.
Dinner will be served under the stars in the open boma.
You will overnight in a safari-tented room.

- Day Day 4 - Scenic Flight over Okavango Delta
The sounds of the bush will wake you up this beautiful morning. A delicious breakfast will be served.
Today, you will enjoy a scenic flight over the Okavango Delta.
The Okavango Delta is a vast inland river delta, known for its sprawling grassy plains, which floods seasonally, turning the land into a lush animal habitat.
Your flight departs from Maun Airport. Once in the air, you will take in views of the beautiful channels that meander through the papyrus-fringed waterways, passing palm-covered islands.
Sightseeing from a small plane on a scenic flight will give you the ultimate view of the Okavango Delta’s spectacular geography and wildlife. There is no better way to grasp the outstanding beauty of the Okavango Delta region.
Picnic snacks and refreshments are included and will be served once you “hit the ground”.
Upon returning to camp, you will have some free time before joining us for dinner. Take in the last evening on tour with the sounds of Africa in the background.

Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast in a more relaxed fashion this morning, taking in the breathtaking surroundings one last time before you prepare for checkout and transfer to Maun. The friendly lodge staff will bid you farewell before a transfer back to Maun Airport or your choice of drop off point within Maun.
This is the end of your tour.

It is located 15 km from Gaborone, the capital.For travellers, it is more common to fly into Maun Airport (MUB) and Kasana Airport (BBK). When combining a safari in Botswana with a visit to Victoria Falls, it is common to fly into Maun and depart from Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe or Livingstone Airport (LVI) in Zambia.Most visitors to Botswana will have a stopover in South Africa to pick up a direct flight from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airport (CPT).In most cases, your tour operator will collect you from the airport and will arrange all further transportation.
