    Day 1: Arrival in Arusha & Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

    Arrival in Arusha: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. Depending on your flight, you can spend some time in Arusha or head straight to the Ngorongoro Crater. Drive to Ngorongoro Crater: After lunch or in the afternoon, transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater, which takes about 4 to 5 hours from Arusha. Arriving in the evening, you can check into your lodge or camp located on the rim of the crater. Overnight: Stay at a luxury lodge or tented camp with a view of the crater (such as Ngorongoro Crater Lodge or Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge).
