    You will arrive at Kasane Airport via your flight (not included). Transfer to Chobe Mopani Forest Lodge (approximately 50 minutes) and check into your room by 11:00. Enjoy a light lunch at 13:30.

  • Day Day 2 - Chobe Game Drive & Chobe River Cruise

    Wake early at 06:00 for hot beverages, then depart at 07:30 for a full-day excursion combining a 3-hour morning game drive and a 3-hour boat cruise on the Chobe River, with a picnic lunch in the bush. Spot elephants congregating at the water’s edge, hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife.


    Return in the late afternoon for relaxation by the pool or in the boma, followed by dinner.

    Return by 09:00 for breakfast at the lodge’s dining area overlooking the waterhole. Check out by 10:30 and transfer back to Kasane Airport for your departing flight (not included).

Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, also known as Gaborone Airport, is the main airport in Botswana. It is located 15 km from Gaborone, the capital.For travellers, it is more common to fly into Maun Airport (MUB) and Kasana Airport (BBK). When combining a safari in Botswana with a visit to Victoria Falls, it is common to fly into Maun and depart from Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe or Livingstone Airport (LVI) in Zambia.Most visitors to Botswana will have a stopover in South Africa to pick up a direct flight from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airport (CPT).In most cases, your tour operator will collect you from the airport and will arrange all further transportation.
