Bagamoyo is located 80 km north of Dar es Salaam on the Indian Ocean and was once one of the first and most important trading ports along the East African coast. Because of its location on the caravan trade routes. The Saadani NP is near the little village of Saadani is Tanzania’s only national park on the coast. The park protects unique coastal savannas, mangrove and primary coastal forests along the Wami River as well as important breeding sites for the green turtle.

    Early morning we depart from Dar-Es-Salaam to the historic coastal town of Bagamoyo with short stop for a lunch on the way, arrive in the afternoon, meet your guide check in at the lodge and start your excursions : - at the Historical sites, Kaole ruins, Old stone town, and Sun set Cruse, later in the evening back for your hot dinner at the lodge and an overnight stay at Bagamoyo Travelers Lodge (Lunch & Dinner).

    Saadani National Park - Park Game Drive

    After breakfast we drive to Saadani National Park, arrival for a hot lunch in the selected accommodation, have a time to chill-out on the beach of the Indian Ocean later on, in the afternoon we go for an incredible game drive in the park. An overnight stay at TANAPA Bandas (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).

    Morning Boat Safari - Later drive back to Dar-es-salaam

    A day you go for a boat safari at Wami river, an activity offers an unique perspective on the park's wildlife, particularly hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species. The river also provides opportunities to observe the changing vegetation along its banks as you move from the estuary towards the river's source, later on after a boat safari we drive back to Dar-es-salaam. (Breakfast & Lunch).
