Have a small bag packed and ready before we pick you up from your accommodation and proceed to the Okavango Delta. You will only need a small amount of luggage for your stay in the delta. Here, you will meet your local mokoro poler who will also serve as your guide. The local mokoro community guides conduct this activity, accompanied by our chef. On our arrival, the camp assistant will put up camp under a canopy of trees. We'll have brunch and a siesta before high tea will be served. We then take a walk on the island. Travelling by mokoro is undeniably the best way to experience the Okavango Delta. You explore the waterways and take nature walks where you have the opportunity to track game and get an up-close feel of this unique environment. Here, the birdlife is spectacular. You are able to have a much more intense experience of the bush on foot, particularly of the flora and fauna that might go unnoticed. We camp wild at a remote campsite for 2 nights.
