- Day 1 - Day 1 ActivityZanzibar to Nyerere National Park (Part of the formerly Selous Game Reserve). In the morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to the airport for your 30-minute flight set at 6:00 to Nyerere National Park (formerly Selous Game Reserve). Upon arrival at Mtemere Airstrip, you will begin game drive safari You’ll have a full day of game viewing in Nyerere National Park/Selous Game Reserve taking a packed lunch with you to maximize your game drive time. You will have a picnic lunch break from a safe vantage point for a chance to spot the images of your dreams ranging from beautiful scenery to fascinating views of wildlife, in a natural habitat. You may expect to see diverse wildlife which includes elephant, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, eland, kudu, wildebeest, antelope, lion, leopard, rare wild dog, jackal, and an amazing array of colorful birds. On late evening, drive to your safari camp for dinner and overnight

- Day 2 - Day 2 ActivityFull-Day Game Drive After breakfast, you will do another full-day game. Go on different routes from the previous day, starting from the Selous Safari lodge where you will be picked up by our professional drivers and guides.Today, you will get to see various animals including elephant, zebra, giraffe, antelope and more. You will also see birds, landscape scenery with varied topography including wetlands, dry grassland, light acacia forest, and higher ground with vast views of far-off mountains.You will also get a chance to visit a hotspring and even go swimming, but it depends on the accessibility of the road to the location, since during the rainy season, there will be mud on the road.

- Day 3 - Day 3 ActivityBoat Safari in the Mighty Rufiji River, Masai Village Tour and Departure On this day you will start with early adventurous and romantic morning sunrise boat safari along the great Rufiji River. You will start at 06:30am for 2 hours and 30 minutes before returning to the lodge for breakfast.This trip offers an opportunity to spot the abundant birdlife, hippos, and crocodiles while enjoying the spectacular sundown. Your guide will also be able to point out interesting birds and plant species during this trip. After the boat safari, return to your accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay. Selous’ lakes provide a composition and view that can’t be found at any other game reserves or national parks in Africa After boat safari you will return the lodge for breakfast. Around 11:00 AM, you will go for a Masai village tour and explore the local area, see the daily lives of local people, and learn about the local culture. After the village tour you will return to the camp for lunch at 13:00 PM. After the hot lunch driving back to the airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar.
