Your adventure begins with a welcome meeting at 6:00pm. If you arrive early, you can take some time to explore Maun, which is often referred to as the gateway to the Okavango Delta. You can visit the sole craft brewery in town (Okavango Craft Brewery) or grab some last-minute essentials at one of the shopping centers. After the welcome meeting, we will enjoy dinner around the campfire and get to know each other better. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (one-night). All camping is done at quality-approved campsites with communal bathrooms that are cleaned daily. We will depart after an early breakfast and make our way towards Elephant Sands Private Game Reserve. Upon arrival, you will set up camp and enjoy the incredible view of elephants drinking at the waterhole only a few meters away. Today is primarily set aside for you to relax and enjoy your surroundings. A late afternoon game drive will take you to explore a small neighboring national park (Mahango Game Reserve). 9 - 11Okavango Delta
After breakfast, we will make our way back into Botswana and travel south towards Etsha-6. This is a small village. Those not driving in a 4x4 vehicle will leave their vehicles at a secure parking space and be transported to the campsite (an hour's drive on thick, sandy roads). The next three nights will be spent at one of the most iconic places in the Okavango Delta. At Guma Lagoon, we will enjoy a sunset boat cruise, relax on the wooden deck that overlooks the lake. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (three-nights). The option to stay in a luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom is available at an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information: Various activities are available at the Guma Lagoon Camp, including boat cruises, mokoro trips, and tiger fishing.

After breakfast, we will head back to Etsha-6, collect the vehicles, and return to Maun. The evening will be dedicated to celebrating all the memories, experiences, and new friendships formed on your trip. The next morning, all will depart in various directions, with many memories to share when back at home. Accommodation: Camping with communal bathrooms (one-night). The option to stay in a luxury tent with an ensuite bathroom is available at an additional cost (must be arranged in advance and is based on availability). Meals: Breakfast (including coffee) Dinner (excluding drinks) Key Information The road from Etsha-6 to Maun features numerous potholes. Even though the distance between these two locations is not that extensive, we will still schedule five-hours for travelling. The celebration dinner will be at a restaurant.

Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, also known as Gaborone Airport, is the main airport in Botswana. It is located 15 km from Gaborone, the capital.
For travellers, it is more common to fly into Maun Airport (MUB) and Kasana Airport (BBK). When combining a safari in Botswana with a visit to Victoria Falls, it is common to fly into Maun and depart from Victoria Falls Airport (VFA) in Zimbabwe or Livingstone Airport (LVI) in Zambia.
Most visitors to Botswana will have a stopover in South Africa to pick up a direct flight from OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airport (CPT).
