This 5 days / 4 nights shared safari explores Tanzania’s most famous national parks: Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. The safari starts with pick-up from Arusha or Arusha Airport and a game drive in Tarangire National Park, well known for large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. You then travel to the vast plains of Serengeti National Park for exciting game drives, with great chances to see lions, cheetahs, leopards, and large herds of wildlife. One full day is dedicated to exploring Serengeti to maximize wildlife sightings. On Day 4, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a full-day safari on the crater floor, home to diverse wildlife including the Big Five. The safari ends with a half-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions and rich birdlife, before returning to Arusha.
