The name "King Dawit" refers to Dawit I, who ruled Ethiopia as King of Kings from 1382 to 1413 and was a descendant of the Solomon dynasty. Ethiopia is one of a number of privately owned national tour operators. He was Newaya Krestos's youngest son. Mr. Dawit Solomon, a professional tourism industry expert with a BA in tourism management and extensive managerial experience working for a number of Ethiopian tour operators, owns and operates it.
