DIRECTORS’ PROFILES Fungayi Nhau (OPERATIONS): A ZTA accredited tour guide who has eleven years experience in the industry.Has been operations manager for Premier Destination. Is a holder of a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management(ICS).Also holds a Diploma in Tourism and Travel Management(CPM) Yewukayi Nhau (FINANCIAL & PUBLIC RELATIONS) :A holder of a diploma in Education(UZ).Also holds a certificate in Public Relations and Customer Care.She has also acquired a UZ certificate in national tour guiding. Garrard Joseph Brown (Managing & Marketing) :A chartered accountant with Porter Brown and Company of the United Kingdom.Holds Oxford degrees in Business Management and Sales Management and Marketing. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES *To be one of the best tour operators in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa. *To carry out business of tours, transfers and safaris professionally. COMPANY OPERATIONS The main reservations office is in Victoria Falls.Our service range includes scheduled and private road transfers,tours and safaris,accommodation and destination management and general ground handling services.Our operation spills into Zambia and Botswana. OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENT We currently have 2x 4 sitter Honda Airwave, 2 X 6 sitter Toyota Alphard,1 X 9 sitter Toyota Hiace and 4 X 22 sitter Toyota coaster buses. All of them are air conditioned and in superb working condition. For river cruises we have in partnership with Batoka Safaris 2 x 80 seater fibre glass boats that are powered by 2x 60hp marine engines on each boat. These can be used for breakfast; lunch; sunset and dinner cruises. IMMEDIATE PLANS: Setting up operations in Botswana. Registration is already in progress. FUTURE PLANS:To procure more and bigger buses with bigger capacity that will be used for large groups. INSURANCE AND EMERGENCY COVER All operations are fully insured, passengers ad public liability. We however encourage our clients to have their own travel insurance covers.We have contracted Medical Air Rescue services (MA RS) in the event of any emergency.
