  • Day 1 - Kampala

    Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda, you will be picked up by a Munda Africa Adventure safari guide and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, freshening up, and having dinner, your overnight stay will be at the hotel.

  • Day 2 - From Kampala Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

    You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 am after breakfast and be transferred to Murchison Falls National Park. The driving time is approximately five hours. En route, you will visit Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch and have lunch along the way. Upon arrival in the park, you can either visit the top of falls straight away or wait until day three. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

  • Day 3 - Explore Murchison Falls National Park

    Today you will wake up early and have breakfast at 6:30 am. After breakfast, your driver and ranger guide will pick you up from the lodge to start your game drive at 7:00 am. During the drive, you will be able to see many animals such as lions, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, antelopes, waterbucks, and various bird species, among others.


    Around 11:40 am, you will drive back to the lodge to relax, freshen up, and have lunch as you prepare for the afternoon boat cruise. During the boat cruise, you will see Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, and elephants along the banks of the Nile, as well as many beautiful birds, some singing in the trees, such as bee-eaters, colorful kingfishers, the shoebill stork, and others. The boat ride will take you to the base of Murchison Falls, where you will clearly see the mighty waterfalls.


    You may also opt to go hiking to the top of the falls.

  • Day 4 - Transfer-Murchison Falls National Park To Kibale National Pa

    After breakfast at 8:00 am, you will drive approximately 5-6 hours to Kibale National Park. You will arrive at the lodge around 1:00 or 2:00 pm and have lunch.


    In the afternoon, you have the option of visiting Bigodi Wetland. Rich in biodiversity and scenic beauty, this 4.5 km walk takes you through an important wildlife corridor of Kibale Forest and lasts up to three hours. Known as the “Home of the Great Blue Turaco,” the area is a birdwatcher’s paradise, hosting over 200 bird species including hornbills, turacos, parrots, and cranes. The sanctuary is also home to eight species of primates, including black-and-white colobus, red colobus, red-tailed monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, olive baboons, L’Hoest’s monkeys, vervet monkeys, and blue monkeys. The swamp also shelters other mammals such as sitatungas, bushbucks, and otters.


    Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

  • Day 5 - Kibale National Park To Queen Elizabeth National Park

    After breakfast at around 6:00 or 7:00 am, you will transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before beginning the search for chimpanzees. Once you locate them, you will spend one hour observing them in their natural habitat.


    Later, you will drive approximately 2-3 hours to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge and have lunch. You can relax for the rest of the afternoon or opt for an evening game drive, during which you may see hippos grazing on land, as well as antelopes, elephants, and buffaloes.

  • Day 6 - Explore Queen Elizabeth National Park

    At 5:30 am, you will head out for an early morning game drive lasting about four hours, then return to the lodge for breakfast. Lunch will be served around half past midday. In the afternoon, enjoy a launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel. The boat cruise offers a chance to get close encounters with wildlife species that visit the riverbanks without fear for their safety, such as Cape buffaloes, African elephants, monitor lizards, Uganda kobs, Defassa waterbucks, common elands, and topis, among others. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

  • Day 7 - Queen Elizabeth National Park - Bwindi Impenetrable National

    After breakfast at 8:00 am, you will drive four hours to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You may go on an optional lion tracking experience before the transfer. En route to Bwindi, you’ll enjoy a game drive in the Ishasha sector, which is famous for its tree-climbing lions. Lunch will be eaten along the way. An optional visit to the pergolin rescue center is also an optional visit along the way, On arrival, you will relax for the rest of the afternoon. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

  • Day 8 - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

    After a 6:00 am breakfast you will begin preparing for your gorilla tracking experience. The briefing is at 7:00 am, and tracking starts at 8:00 am. The time taken depends on the movement of the gorillas. You will spend one hour with them. Lunch will be either be packed or a hot lunch at the lodge, depending on the time you finish.


    In the afternoon, enjoy Batwa cultural entertainment. The experience takes place outside the park in an old-growth forest on land adjacent to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The Batwa experience begins with a nature walk and hike through the forest, seeing it in a new way through the eyes of the original forest people. Learn how they hunted small animals for food, what they gathered, and how traps and nets were used. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

  • Day 9 - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Lake Mburo National Park

    After breakfast around 7:00 am, you will drive approximately 4–5 hours to Lake Mburo National Park, arriving in time for lunch. In the evening, you will enjoy optional activities such as a boat ride on Lake Mburo to see hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species, a nature walk, or horse riding. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

  • Day 10 - Lake Mburo National Park - Kampala

    Wake up early for a warm cup of tea before embarking on a morning game drive through Lake Mburo National Park, spotting zebras, hippos, crocodiles, elands, antelopes, impalas, and a variety of bird species. After the game drive or an optional walking safaris, begin the four-hour transfer to Entebbe or Kampala, with a stop at the Equator for photos and lunch. You will be dropped off either at your hotel or the airport.

From outside East Africa, Uganda can be easily accessed either by road or Air and mostly by Air to Entebbe International Airport (EBB). Water transport can also be used to travel in and around our destinations especially the ferry crossing from the Southern part of Murchison Falls National Park to the Northern part of Murchison Falls National Park. Flights to Uganda are cheapest during the rainy seasons from March to May and October to November. The best wildlife viewing months are June to September and December to February, when flights are likely to be more expensive.

  • When arriving from a yellow-fever-infected country in Africa or the Americas a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
  • Citizens of most countries require a visa. A list of countries that don't need a visa is available.
  • Visas are best obtained in advance through an official online visa-application portal (https://visas.immigration.go.ug/), but they can also be obtained through your local Tanzania Embassy or High Commission.
  • Visas can also be obtained on arrival but this is a lengthy process that can take one to two hours.
  • Tourist visas are available for Uganda only, or East Africa (which covers entry to Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda) for the same cost.
