Depart from Arusha and travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, for a thrilling game drive. The crater floor is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch beside a scenic hippo pool later drive to Ndutu for your accommodation

After breakfast, drive toward the Ndutu region, located between the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the southern Serengeti. Ndutu is renowned for its vast open plains and seasonal lakes, attracting large herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles—especially during the Great Migration and calving season. Spend the afternoon on a game drive, searching for predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Overnight at a lodge or tented camp in Ndutu.

Enjoy a morning game drive in Ndutu before continuing to Serengeti National Park, Tanzania’s most famous wildlife reserve. As you enter the Serengeti, the landscape opens into endless golden plains dotted with acacia trees. Afternoon game drives offer excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five, as well as giraffes, antelopes, and a wide variety of birdlife. Dinner and overnight at a safari lodge or tented camp inside the Serengeti.
