- Day 1 - Arrival in Zanzibar and transfer to hotelOn Day 1 of your Zanzibar safari, you’ll arrive in Zanzibar and be transferred to your hotel or other accommodation. After a long flight, it’s a good idea to take some time to rest and settle in. You can use the remainder of the day to relax, explore the surrounding area, or start getting acclimated to the new environment. Your hotel or other accommodation should provide a comfortable place to rest and recharge, and the staff will be able to assist you with any questions or needs you may have. This is a good opportunity to ask about local activities and attractions, and to start planning your adventures for the days ahead.

- Day 2 - Stone Town Tour and Jozani ForestOn Day 2 of your Zanzibar safari, you’ll start the day with a guided tour of Stone Town, the historic center of Zanzibar. Stone Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site and is known for its narrow, winding streets, historic buildings, and bustling market. During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to see some of the city’s famous landmarks, such as the House of Wonders, the Arab Fort, and the Cathedral Church. You’ll also learn about the city’s rich history and cultural heritage, including its role as a hub for the East African slave trade and its more recent role as an important center of the spice trade. After the Stone Town tour, you’ll head to Jozani Forest for a guided hike and wildlife watching experience. Jozani is one of the few remaining areas of indigenous forest on Zanzibar, and is home to a variety of species, including the rare red colobus monkey and other primates, as well as birds and forest-dwelling animals. During the hike, you’ll have the opportunity to see these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat and learn about the importance of conservation efforts in the region. This is an exciting and educational day that will provide a unique perspective on the history and culture of Zanzibar, as well as its unique flora and fauna.

- Day 3 - Snorkeling and Dolphin Watching ExcursionOn Day 3 of your Zanzibar safari, you’ll embark on a snorkeling and dolphin watching excursion. You’ll depart early in the morning for a full day of adventure on the water. During the snorkeling part of the excursion, you’ll visit several different snorkeling sites, where you’ll have the opportunity to see a variety of colorful marine life and coral formations. You’ll be able to snorkel at your own pace and enjoy the beauty of the underwater world. If you’re not a confident swimmer or don’t have experience with snorkeling, don’t worry! You’ll be provided with all the necessary equipment and instructions to make the experience enjoyable and safe. After snorkeling, you’ll have the opportunity to go dolphin watching and see these playful creatures in their natural habitat. Dolphins are social animals and are often seen in groups, so this is a great opportunity to observe them as they swim, play, and interact with each other. This excursion is a great way to experience the beauty and diversity of the underwater world, and to observe some of the ocean’s most fascinating creatures. - Day 4 - Departure from ZanzibarOn Day 4 of your Zanzibar safari, it’s time to say goodbye to the island and depart for your next destination. Before leaving, you’ll have time to pack up, settle any outstanding bills, and maybe do some last-minute shopping. If you have an early flight, your hotel or tour operator may arrange for a transfer to the airport. If you have a later flight, you may have some free time to relax or do some more exploring. When it’s time to leave, you’ll head to the airport and board your flight, taking with you memories of your time on the island and the sights, sounds, and experiences you’ve had during your safari. Zanzibar is a truly unique and special place, and you’re sure to have had an unforgettable time during your visit.
