In the morning, you will be picked at a central place and commence the safari to the Maasai Mara. The Drive will take us through the slopes, floor and the valleys of the Great Rift Valley, stop at the view point, enjoy a scenic view and pose for amazing pictures from this location. There is no other point to experience the valley unlike this. Proceed and make another scenic location, The Mai Mahiu Catholic Church also known as the ‘Travelers Church’ which was built by the Italian prisoners of War in 1942 –if you have not seen a small church, then you will be inside it. It’s there referred as the smallest church in the country. Continue the drive and break for lunch at local restaurant. Upon arrival at the park, we embark on an afternoon /evening game drive. The Mara ecosystem welcomes its guest with game drives right at the entry of the park gates. Major sighting are the BIG5, grazers along the routes, cheetahs on hunting mission, hyenas stealing kill from its fellow predators, vultures also fighting with the hyenas, zebras, antelopes, giraffes grazing or calving. There is no dull moment in the Mara On completion, we head to the camp/ lodge, check in, settle and get ready for dinner. The night is still young and the bush safari is not complete without a campfire moment. Dinner and overnight at the Siana Springs Camp or similar

Stretch and scream the best experience is awaiting. Leave with picnic lunch boxes as we are exploring the Mara in the vast horizon. Down to the River where the migration takes place –the whole world knows about this location, you too you are part of the history. The crocodiles and the Hippos co-exists so well that they will make sure that you have enjoyed just watching the river as the migration took place last July – October and they know you missed. Did you know most of the times we don’t miss actions or sighting animals even when from a long distance, our vehicles which are fitting with Radio and a very active and passionate driver guides coordinates so well to make sure, they share locations of best sighting. What a moment right there as you also listen to the Radio and get eager to know where you are going to see your awaited animals, hunting, mating, calving or just the best of the Mara. Lunch is served as a safe location inside the park overlooking the plains of the Mara and under a tree. Continue with game drives until you feel good and achieved the best of Mara on the day. Getting There

Tourists can visit these safari locations once in Kenya and can show up via air, land or ocean, however, flights are the most favoured mode of transport. Kenya is a huge nation and while you can go via vehicle on a safari circuit, getting between the various regions is better on a booked flight.
Kenya's main airport is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), located 15km/9mi southeast of Nairobi. Kenya's second international Airport is Moi International Airport (MBA), located 9km/6mi west of Mombasa, but aside from flights to Zanzibar, this is primarily used for domestic and charter flights.
From Nairobi or Mombasa, one can fly or drive between reserves, or opt to do a bit of both. Most domestic flights out of Nairobi depart from Wilson Airport (WIL), 6km/4mi south of Nairobi.

This tour starts in Nairobi and ends in Nairobi, Kenya

A transfer from and back to the airport is included

Additional accommodation before and at the end of the tour can be arranged for an extra cost

Travel Requirements

  • All foreign visitors need a passport that is valid for at least six months
  • Passports must have a clean and a full visa page for endorsement.
  • When arriving from a yellow-fever-infected country in Africa or the Americas a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
  • Citizens of most countries require a visa. A list of countries that don't need a visa is available.
  • Visas are best obtained in advance through an official online visa-application portal (Link), but they can also be obtained through your local Kenyan Embassy or High Commission.
  • Visas can also be obtained on arrival but this is a lengthy process that can take one to two hours.
