Tarangire Day trip from Arusha
Offered by - Bush and Forest Explorers
Tour Features
You’ll be driving in a big 4×4 landcruiser with pop-up roof for 360 degrees vision. During the day trip in Tarangire National Park you might encounter animals like the lion, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, warthog, impala, cheetah, mongoose, buffalo, baboons, ostrich and on a lucky day you might even find a leopard relaxing in a tree. Of course there’s many more wildlife waiting to be spotted! Let’s not forget about the big herds of elephants that rule the park. You can find big families, bachelor herds or herds of females – (very cute) babies, teenagers, young mums and older mums all led by a matriarch. You might spot a majestic bull elephant, too, who roam the park alone. Halfway during our day trip in Tarangire we will have a lunchbreak at our special spot where we can enjoy some great views overlooking the national park. Watch out for any monkeys nearby, as they’ll like your lunch too! After our lunchbreak we will head our for another safari and try to find the animals that we might not have spotted yet, so we can cross as many animal-experiences as possible of our list. Af the end of the day, we will get ready for the drive back Arusha.
