    Things to See in the Museum

    1. Early Human Fossils 🦴

    The museum displays replicas and information about fossils discovered by Louis Leakey and Mary Leakey, showing some of the earliest human ancestors.

    2. Ancient Stone Tools 🔨

    You can see very old stone tools used by early humans millions of years ago for hunting and survival.

    3. Evolution of Humans Exhibition 🧬

    Displays explain how early humans evolved over millions of years and why this region is called the “Cradle of Mankind.”

    4. Footprints of Early Humans 👣

    Information about the famous Laetoli Footprints, which are some of the oldest human footprints on Earth (about 3.6 million years old).

    5. Olduvai Gorge Viewpoint 🌄

    Visitors can walk to a viewing point overlooking the gorge, where many important archaeological discoveries were made.

    6. Short Documentary Film 🎥

    The museum usually shows a short educational film explaining the discoveries and importance of Olduvai Gorge.
