  • Day 1 - Arusha – Scenic Drive to Lake Natron

    Your safari begins with a warm welcome by your professional Tanzanian safari guide from Arusha Airport, your hotel, or any location in Arusha. Depart towards the remote and spectacular Lake Natron, driving through Maasai lands, volcanic highlands, and dramatic escarpments of the Great Rift Valley.

    Arrive in the late afternoon and relax at your eco-lodge, surrounded by wide open plains and mountain views.

  • Day 2 - Full Day at Lake Natron – Flamingos & Nature Walks

    Wake up to the sounds of nature and enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Spend the day exploring Lake Natron, one of East Africa’s most unique ecosystems and the main breeding ground for Lesser Flamingos.

    Walk along the lake’s edge (season-dependent) with your guide, learn about volcanic geology, and enjoy incredible photography opportunities with flamingos set against the backdrop of Ol Doinyo Lengai – the sacred Maasai mountain.

  • Day 3 - Lake Natron – Scenic Drive to Lake Eyasi

    After breakfast, continue your journey south to Lake Eyasi, a shallow soda lake nestled at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment. This region is home to some of Tanzania’s last true hunter-gatherer communities.

    Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxing before the cultural experience ahead.

  • Day 4 - Lake Eyasi – Hadzabe & Datoga Cultural Experience

    Early morning, join the Hadzabe tribe for an authentic experience observe or participate in traditional hunting methods, learn how they track animals, use bows and arrows, and survive entirely from nature. This walking experience offers deep insight into one of the oldest surviving cultures on Earth.

    Later, visit the Datoga tribe, renowned pastoralists and skilled blacksmiths. Learn how they craft tools and jewelry using traditional methods passed down through generations.
