- Day 1 - Tarangire National ParkOn this day you will leave Arusha town, the base town for safari on the northern Tanzania and along the Arusha - Dodoma highway a scenic drive towards the Tarangire National Park. You will pass by a supermarket (if you wish) for some last minute shopping of any personal effects that you may need then drive through a scenic Masai steppe and arrive at Tarangire in 2 hours time or so. Your driver will take care of the paper work at the park's gate then you will embark on your first game drive in the Tarangire National Park famous for its large herds of elephants and large baobab trees that dot the grassland. Lunch will be at a designated picnic site then afternoon game drives until sunset, then proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Marera View Lodge. (Full board)

- Day 2 - Karatu to Serengeti National ParkFrom a Lodge in Karatu we depart early after breakfast and head across the Great Rift Valley's floor, up the escarpment and traverse the Ngorongoro Conservation area in what will ultimately end up being a pleasant and enjoyable scenic drive as you enjoy the beautiful scenery and breathtaking vistas on your way to the Serengeti National Park. Lunch is taken at one of the picnic site most likely at the Naabi Hill Gate where you will also get the chance to stretch your legs as your guide sorts out the registration and relevant paperwork. Game drive enroute as you drive towards the lodge, dinner and overnight at Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge. (Full board)

- Day 3 - Serengeti National ParToday you can wake up early for a sunrise game drive to try and catch up with the rare nocturnal animal species as well as the early rises among the diurnal ones. It is a nice experience. It gives you an opportunity to see animals within a close distance as most of them like to line up at the road sides to escape the morning dew. Return to your lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you will continue with a full day game drive in Serengeti National Park. The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai word "siringit" which means plains without end and true to the name you will explore vast stretches of African Savannah in search of the many animals that Serengeti has to offer. Apart from the wildebeests you expect to spot other animals including elephants, lions, cheetahs, the elusive leopards, zebras, elands and a lot of resident and migratory birds. Dinner and overnight at Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge. (Full board)

- Day 4 - Ngorongoro Conservation areaSerengeti is a wonderful place to be, you can take your time again today for either Balloon trek, or another early morning game drive in the park, balloon normally offer breakfast, after breakfast you will continue with game drive as you exit the park heading towards the Ngorongoro Conservation area, and check in to your lodge on the rim of the crater. Dinner and overnight at Rhino Lodge. (Full board)

- Day 5 - Ngorongoro CraterBreakfast at your Lodge you will then descend early into the Crater floor for game drives in the Ngorongoro Crater. The earlier you descend the Crater floor the better. Spend the better part of the morning exploring the Ngorongoro Crater until lunch time. Ngorongoro Crater with its 600 to 650 meters high walls is like a natural zoo with the highest concentration of wild animals and it is her where you can even spot the Big Five even in one day if lucky enough - lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo and elephant. After picnic lunch you will continue with game drive as you exit the park, heading to Arusha,drop off at Kilimanjro International Airport.

- Citizens of most countries require a visa. A list of countries that don't need a visa is available.
- Visas are best obtained in advance through an official online visa-application portal (https://eservices.immigration.go.tz/visa/), but they can also be obtained through your local Tanzania Embassy or High Commission.
- Visas can also be obtained on arrival but this is a lengthy process that can take one to two hours.
