- Day 1 - Zanzibar to Tarangire National ParkYour adventure begins with a flight from Zanzibar to Arusha, where you'll meet your guide and join your group, and drive to Tarangire. After a scenic drive, arrive at Tarangire National Park, known for its vast savannahs dotted with majestic baobab trees and a high concentration of elephants, especially during the dry season. Look out for zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes, and predators like lions and leopards. The Tarangire River attracts a wide variety of wildlife and birds. Enjoy your first game drive before settling into a camp or lodge nearby.
