Tour Features

This 3 Days Group Joining Safari to Masai Mara National Reserve offers a compact yet highly rewarding wildlife experience in one of Africa’s most famous safari destinations. Organized by Jossec Tours and Safaris, it is designed for travelers who want maximum game viewing in a short time at an affordable cost. The journey begins in Nairobi with a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley before arriving in the Mara for an afternoon game drive. The reserve is home to exceptional wildlife diversity, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and many antelope species. Each game drive offers a chance to witness predators in action and large herds roaming freely across the savannah. A full-day safari explores deeper sections of the reserve, including the Mara River area, famous for dramatic wildlife scenes during the Great Migration season. Guests enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild, fully immersed in the natural surroundings. An optional visit to a Maasai village adds a cultural dimension to the experience, offering insight into traditional Maasai life and customs. Evenings are spent at a safari camp.

Getting There

Tourists can visit these safari locations once in Kenya and can show up via air, land or ocean, however, flights are the most favoured mode of transport. Kenya is a huge nation and while you can go via vehicle on a safari circuit, getting between the various regions is better on a booked flight.Kenya's main airport is Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), located 15km/9mi southeast of Nairobi. Kenya's second international Airport is Moi International Airport (MBA), located 9km/6mi west of Mombasa, but aside from flights to Zanzibar, this is primarily used for domestic and charter flights. From Nairobi or Mombasa, one can fly or drive between reserves, or opt to do a bit of both. Most domestic flights out of Nairobi depart from Wilson Airport (WIL), 6km/4mi south of Nairobi.
