Upon our arrival in Tarangire, we will commence our exploration of the impressive termite mounds and the ancient baobab trees that populate the area. This park is celebrated for its rich variety of bird species and its substantial elephant population. Visitors can frequently observe formidable lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetahs, mongooses, buffaloes, and playful baboons. Following our wildlife observations in Tarangire, we will proceed to Mto wa Mbu or Lake Manyara where Dinner and overnight will be provided.

- Day 2 - Tarangire National Park to Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha
On this day of our two-day Tanzania sharing safari or group joining safari to Ngorongoro Crater, we will commence our journey early in the morning. This early start is essential to ensure we adhere to the day's itinerary, which features an extraordinary game drive accompanied by a picnic lunch within the crater. Due to the crater's steep walls, animal migration in and out is infrequent, allowing for the unique opportunity to observe all members of the Big Five in a single day. The Big Five consists of buffalo, elephants, rhinos, lions, and leopards. Additionally, one can expect to encounter other wildlife such as zebras, hippos, wildebeests, and hyenas. The Ngorongoro Crater is also home to a diverse avian population, including geese, storks, and vultures, with the beautiful flamingos gracing the Soda Lake. Our guides possess exceptional skills in tracking wildlife, a talent that cannot be learned from books and is mastered by only a select few. Our excursion will conclude in the late afternoon, after which we will head to Arusha for an overnight stay, marking the end of our two-day group joining or Tanzania sharing safari.
