Upon arrival at Tarangire National Park, you will enjoy an exciting game drive, exploring the park’s diverse wildlife and habitats. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, majestic baobab trees, and unique species such as tree-climbing pythons.
You will have a picnic lunch inside the park and continue with an afternoon game drive, maximizing your chances of spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of birdlife.

- Day - Day 2 Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast at your lodge in Karatu, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. The drive takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on your lodge’s location and traffic at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area gate. As you ascend the highlands, you'll enjoy stunning views of the crater rim.
Once you descend 600 meters (nearly 2,000 feet) into the Ngorongoro Crater, you'll begin your game drive on the crater floor, a unique ecosystem often described as a natural enclosure for wildlife. The crater is home to an incredible density of animals, including: Lions, hyenas, and leopards, Black rhinos, one of the few places in East Africa where they’re still seen in the wild, elephants, especially large tuskers, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and a rich variety of birds.
