- Day 1 - Day 1 : fly from zanzibar to selous- Game Drive and sunset BYou will start your safari in the morning from Zanzibar, flying in a light aircraft to the Selous Game Reserve (now known as Nyerere National Park), one of Africa’s most significant game reserves and the largest National Parks in Tanzania. On arrival at Mtemere airstrip, the driver guide will meet you, greeting and briefing you about your tour plan. You will start game drives with picnic lunches; game drives are the best way to explore more giant games, including Predators. In addition, the Selous is home to the largest population of wild dogs in Africa, which are a real highlight if you are lucky enough to encounter a pack. During noontime, you will stop for a lunch break in a beautiful location with a scenic and clear view of the wilderness. Then, you will proceed with the game drive enroute to the lodge for a short relaxation. Then depart for the sunset boat safari, which is superb in the afternoon, watching wildlife come to the water’s edge to drink, getting close to bird colonies, hippos and crocodiles, and experiencing magnificent sunset. Finally, you will return to the lodge and relax at the fire bonfire, dinner and overnight stay

- Day 2 - On Safari Selous and Afternoon Departure to ZanzibarAfter early breakfast, you will depart for a game drive exploring the game-rich areas in the park, driving through the savannah and along the river and lakes; these are ideal game-rich areas of Lake Manze, Siwandu, Nzelekela and Tagalala. Animals are expected, including elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalos, zebras and even rare African wild dogs. You will enjoy a picnic lunch at lunchtime in a beautiful location with a clear view of the park. After the lunch break, you will proceed with your journey sightseeing the African bushes. In the afternoon, you will return to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar.
