- Day 1 - Arrival in Lusaka
Upon arrival at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, you will be met and transferred to Wild Dog Lodge, a peaceful and comfortable stopover conveniently located near the airport. This first day is reserved for rest and recovery after your journey, with no scheduled activities planned. Guests are free to relax at the lodge, enjoy the tranquil surroundings, or unwind by the facilities at their own pace. In the evening, dinner will be served at the lodge’s restaurant and is available at your own cost, allowing you to choose from a variety of freshly prepared meals before settling in for the night and preparing for the adventure ahead

- Day 2-5 - Game drive in Kafue
After an early breakfast, we depart Lusaka and journey to the southern part of Kafue National Park, one of Zambia’s largest and most diverse wildlife areas. Upon arrival, we set up camp at Kasabushi Campsite, ideally located close to the Kafue River and surrounded by pristine wilderness. The day’s activities include guided morning and afternoon game drives, offering excellent opportunities to spot a wide variety of wildlife and birdlife in their natural habitat. Between drives, guests can relax at camp and enjoy the peaceful riverside setting. All meals are freshly prepared and included, allowing you to fully focus on the safari experience.

- Day 6 - Drive to lusaka
After breakfast, we depart Kafue and drive back to Lusaka, enjoying the changing landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, we set up camp at Lukasa Guest House, a comfortable and quiet place to relax after the journey. Later, we take a short drive into town to stock up on groceries and any last-minute essentials. This day is kept activity-free, giving you time to rest, freshen up, and reflect on your safari experience. Dinner and overnight at the guest house. All meals are included.

- Day 7-9 - Game drive in lower zambezi
After breakfast, we depart for Lower Zambezi National Park, driving through scenic countryside toward the mighty Zambezi River. On arrival, you’ll settle into your lodge at Mvuu, beautifully located along the riverbank. After some time to relax, you’ll head out for your first game activity—a sunset game drive. This evening drive offers excellent chances to see elephants, buffalo, antelope, and predators as they become active in the cooler hours, with the added magic of golden light reflecting off the Zambezi. From this day onward, you will enjoy two game drives daily—morning and afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Kasaka. All meals are included.

- Day 10 - Lusaka end of safari
After breakfast, we load our luggage and depart Lower Zambezi National Park for the drive back to Lusaka. Enjoy the final views of the Zambezi landscape as we travel directly to the airport. Upon arrival, you will be assisted with drop-off for your onward flight, marking the end of your unforgettable safari journey.

Zambia's main airport is Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN), found 14km from the capital, Lusaka. From Lusaka, you can fly or drive between reserves. When your safari is joined with a visit to Victoria Falls, you will undoubtedly fly in or out of Livingstone Airport (LVI), right outside of Livingstone and near the falls. In most cases, your local tour administrator will orchestrate pick-up from the airport and arrange further transportation as a feature of your safari package.

Travel Requirements
- All foreign visitors need a passport that is valid for at least six months
- Passports must have minimum of three blank pages
- Citizens from most nationalities do not require a visa and will get a 30-day entry permit on arrival.
- When arriving from a country in Africa or the Americas where yellow fever is present, a yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.
- If you are visiting Zambia and Zimbabwe, there is a joint visa for both countries available at all major ports of entry into Zambia and Zimbabwe.
