  • Day 1 - Machame Gate to Machame Camp

    After breakfast at your hotel in Moshi, your guide will brief you on the climb before driving to Machame Gate (1,800 m) for registration. The hike begins through dense rainforest where you may see colobus monkeys, birds, and rich mountain vegetation. After 6–7 hours of hiking, arrive at Machame Camp (3,010 m) for dinner and your first overnight on the mountain.

  • Day 2 - Machame Camp to Shira Camp

    After breakfast, continue your ascent through heath and moorland to Shira Camp (3,845 m). Enjoy spectacular views of the Shira Plateau and Mount Meru while gradually acclimatizing to the altitude. Dinner and overnight at Shira Camp.

    Main Destination: Mount Kilimanjaro National Park

    Accommodation: Shira 2 Camp

  • Day 3 - Shira Camp – Lava Tower – Barranco Camp

    Today's trek follows the "climb high, sleep low" principle to aid acclimatization. Hike to Lava Tower (4,630 m), where you will stop for lunch before descending to Barranco Camp (3,960 m). Enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding landscape before dinner and overnight.

  • Day 4 - Barranco Camp to Barafu Camp

    Climb the famous Barranco Wall before trekking through Karanga Valley. Continue your ascent to Barafu Camp (4,640 m), your base camp for the summit attempt. Spend the afternoon resting and preparing for the midnight climb.

  • Day 5 - Summit Day – Uhuru Peak to Mweka Camp

    Around midnight, begin your summit attempt. Reach Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), the highest point in Africa, in time for sunrise. After celebrating your achievement, descend via Barafu Camp and continue to Mweka Camp (3,080 m) for a well-earned rest.

  • Day 6 - Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate – Transfer to Arusha/Moshi
