Your day begins with an early morning pick-up at around 6:00 AM (exact time may vary depending on your hotel location), followed by a transfer to the airport for your 8:00 AM flight from Zanzibar to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 AM, you will meet your professional driver-guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park, located approximately one and a half hours from Arusha. Along the way, your guide will share fascinating insights into the region’s history, culture, and the traditions of the Maasai people.
Tarangire National Park is famous for its rich biodiversity, striking landscapes, and large herds of elephants. The park features a mix of seasonal swamps, open savannah, and the life-giving Tarangire River. During your game drive, you may witness exciting wildlife moments, such as a lion on the hunt or leopards resting in the trees.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy your packed lunch within the park. Your game drive will continue until around 4:00 PM, after which you will head to your lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

- Day 2 - Game Drive in Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast at 6:30 AM, you will depart your lodge and journey toward the scenic crater highlands, home to the Iraqw people, known for cultivating wheat, corn, and coffee. As you pass the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll continue onward and arrive at the vast plains of the Serengeti National Park around midday.
The Serengeti, Tanzania’s largest national park, is renowned for its diverse landscapes, including endless grass plains, savannah, bushland, swamps, mountains, and lakes. Scattered across the plains are distinctive rock formations known as kopjes, which often serve as resting spots for predators. Depending on the season, you may have the chance to witness the spectacular Great Migration, with thousands of wildebeest and zebras moving across the ecosystem.
Your game drive will continue until around 5:00 PM, after which you will return to your lodge nestled within the Serengeti. Here, you can relax, enjoy a delicious dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the African wilderness.

This iconic destination is home to an incredible variety of animals, including impalas, buffaloes, crocodiles, and hippos. It is most famous for the Great Migration, where vast herds—around 250,000 zebras, 1.5 million wildebeest, and over 500,000 antelopes—move across the plains in search of fresh grazing, guided by the seasonal rains.
As you traverse the endless savannah, you may also encounter powerful predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, often seen stalking or resting across the open landscape.
At the end of your game drive, you will return to your lodge set within the Serengeti, where you can unwind, enjoy a delicious dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the African wilderness.

The crater is also home to warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, and over 500 species of birds.
After a rewarding morning game drive and a picnic lunch, you will ascend from the crater in the afternoon and proceed to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 PM flight back to Zanzibar.
