- Day 1 - Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport -Tarangire National Park
Your Tarangire safari begins with an early morning flight from Zanzibar to the Arusha Airport, providing breathtaking aerial views of Tanzania’s diverse landscapes. Upon landing, your professional guide welcomes you and transfers you directly into Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. The adventure starts immediately with a game drive through open plains, river valleys, and acacia woodlands, offering sightings of lions, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species. Midday, you enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the park, then continue your afternoon game drive, exploring wildlife-rich areas and capturing unforgettable photos. As the sun sets, you head to your comfortable lodge or tented camp, reflecting on a day full of wildlife encounters and the stunning beauty of Tarangire.
