- Day 1 - Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly staff will welcome you and assist with your transfer to Arusha (approx. 50 minutes). Enjoy the scenic drive through lush landscapes and get your first glimpse of northern Tanzania. Check into Arusha Planet Lodge and settle in for an overnight stay. Relax and prepare for the adventures ahead, take in the peaceful surroundings, and enjoy a leisurely evening. Dinner and overnight at the lodge allow you to rest after your journey. This first day sets the tone for an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania.

- Day 2 - Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After an early breakfast at your lodge or camp, you’ll depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its massive herds of elephants, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. The park is one of Tanzania’s hidden gems, offering a less crowded but equally breathtaking safari experience.
Upon arrival, your professional guide will take you on a full-day game drive, exploring the park’s riverine forests and savannah plains. Expect to encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, lions, leopards, and numerous bird species, including the striking lilac-breasted roller. Your guide will share insights about the park’s ecosystem, wildlife behaviors, and conservation efforts, making your safari both thrilling and educational.
Midday, enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated scenic spot within the park, surrounded by the natural sounds of Africa. After lunch, continue your game drive, photographing wildlife and the iconic landscapes bathed in golden light.In the late afternoon, you’ll return to your lodge to relax, freshen up, and share stories of the day’s incredible wildlife encounters. - Day 3 - Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast at your lodge in Karatu, you will set off on a scenic drive to the world-famous Serengeti National Park, taking approximately 4–6 hours. The journey passes through the stunning Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering panoramic views of rolling hills, Maasai villages, and grazing wildlife. Along the way, your guide may stop for photos and brief wildlife sightings, including zebras, wildebeests, and various birds. Upon entering the Serengeti, you will begin an afternoon game drive, exploring the endless savannah and spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, and other iconic African animals. The dramatic landscapes provide perfect photography opportunities as you watch the sun cast golden light over the plains. At the end of the day, you will check in at your tented camp, relax, enjoy dinner under the stars, and prepare for the next day’s full safari adventure in this legendary park.

- Day 4 - Serengeti National Park Full Day Game Drive
Start your day with an early morning game drive, offering a chance to spot rare nocturnal species and observe the early activity of diurnal animals. This is a prime time to see wildlife up close, as many animals gather near the roads to avoid the morning dew. After enjoying breakfast at your camp, spend the rest of the day exploring the Serengeti National Park. The park’s name, derived from the Maasai word Siringit, meaning endless plains, perfectly captures its vast, open landscapes. Traverse the sweeping savannahs in search of the Serengeti’s diverse wildlife, including elephants, zebras, and a variety of predators. While the Great Migration of wildebeests is a highlight, the park also teems with other remarkable species, ensuring an unforgettable safari experience. After breakfast at your lodge, descend early into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive. To maximize your chances of spotting rare species like the elusive Black Rhino, you may opt to descend immediately after breakfast or bring a packed meal to reach the crater floor as early as possible. Spend the morning exploring this breathtaking natural haven, with its 600–650-meter-high walls encircling an incredible concentration of wildlife. The Ngorongoro Crater is like a natural zoo, offering a chance to spot the Big Five in a single day, with a bit of luck. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the serene hippo pool before ascending the crater rim and exiting the conservation area. Your journey concludes with a scenic drive back to Arusha, where you’ll arrive later in the afternoon for an overnight stay, marking the end of your unforgettable safari adventure.
