Overview
Gilé National Park is a Mozambican Park situated in the northeastern piece of Zambezia Province. The landscape of the Gilé National Park comprises a miombo forest and dambo prairie mosaic. The Reserve endured significantly during the civil war. Poaching has been a continuous issue and wildlife numbers are still low. Independent campers can likely set up a shelter at the ranger post. Established in 1932 as a partial hunting reserve, at present, the Park is home to 68 species of well-evolved creatures including elephants, buffaloes, wildebeest and kudus, other miniature and little species, reptiles and 226 types of birds.

Wildlife & Animals
Marrameou National Reserve upholds diverse populations of wildlife as a result of its fluctuating territory including deltas, oceans and streams. The civil war likewise incurred significant damage, as it did on every one of the parks in Mozambique. However, wildlife numbers are gradually expanding.
